Hello everyone! There has not been much info to share the last month or so, between getting quotes from manufactures and the threat of the tariffs, I've finally chosen to suck it up and produce the pins with an employer i've used in the past. So here's the mock up before it goes into production.
And as promised, no one will be charged anything more than they have already paid. I'd much rather hold up my end of the bargain and learn from this experience! So as we near completion, keep an eye out for more product photos!

Cards will be charged within the next few days for shipping or any additional add-ons. After that, I will start production of the early bird items/ stickers since those are quick and easy. ATM I am still looking for a reliable pin production company and comparing prices to see if I can financially make them here in the states.
In other less sad news, Have a look at the glow in the dark beetlejuice stickers! These will be included in anyone's order who pledged in the first 48 hours!

Now, onto the unfortunate reality. As of now, importing anything from china after May 2nd is completely off the table. For those who may not have heard, President Dump has places a 145% take on imported goods. With a threat of raising it further to 245%.
For example, if placing an order cost $700 USD (without shipping, which is anywhere from $60-$200)
$700+ 1.45% = $1015- this is just the tax to get it here! $1015+$700 = $1715 (still, not including shipping)
As you can see, this is a huge issue for this project. And not only for me, but every other small business and artist out there.
I'd like to promise I have no intention of raising the price any further, nor charge any extra for shipping. However this means that once I get the funds, things will have to be on hold. I have luckily ordered enough keychains to get here in time, but the pins will be the most expensive part. I live paycheck to paycheck, and it will be impossible for me to shell out that kind of money for products + the imposed taxes. A few people have come forward asking to donate toward the cause, if you'd like to do so, please reach out! I am not asking for anything, so I will not make anything like that public.
SO, that means pin production will be put on hold. NO ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED until these tariffs are removed, reduced, or something changes. HOWEVER, I will continue to get the rest of the products made, keep you all updated as much as possible, and share what I can!
