So I might have missed something, and this might be down to how many designs were unlocked (or not) but I backed a 10 pin pledge and now that I am trying to respond to the survey every design except the Pixel worm is an additional $10, and also I only have 5 questions? So either I order 5 identical pins (when I was expecting 10) or I have to pay $60, i.e a toal of $120 to get 5 pins. Is this correct?
That is a problem, you should be able to select 10 pins, and you shouldn't be charged double for those pins. Shipping would be increased for the higher pin number, but it still shouldn't be $10 per pin. I'll look into it!
Double checking your pledge, it looks like you were signed up for the 5 pin level. If you meant to back the higher tier, I'm sure I can figure out a solution!

I'm also having issues, something seems wrong with the survey. It's trying to double charge me for the pins I backed. There's an extra charge at the end called "Pledge Level Upgrades" that's just the same $24 as my 2-pin pledge, again.
