Project Update: The Update You Have Been Waiting For
- Leyline’s use, development, and marketing of Realms of Kymoria content was authorized under a valid licensing agreement.
- There was no evidence that Leyline used or distributed content outside the scope of that agreement.
- All invoiced work had been paid for, and the license remained enforceable.
- Claims related to misuse of name, credit, or likeness were unsupported by evidence, as prior agreements and public representations explicitly contemplated creator credit.
In short, the Court affirmed that the project could not be halted or controlled through unsupported claims, and that Leyline Publishing holds the legal right to move forward.
- Reconfirm manufacturing partners and timelines
- Finalize print files and component specifications
- Establish a clear fulfillment schedule
- Share transparent milestones so you can track progress
Thank you for your patience, your belief in this project, and your willingness to stay with us through an unusually long and difficult chapter. We are grateful and we are moving forward.

I just got a message today saying they finally heard back from Geek Therapeutics. Geek Therapeutics said "We just had the case finalized and will be sending an update soon. We are just ensuring we have the correct wording overall." I figured since I heard something back I would post the update, and hopefully we hear from them soon.

I am pretty sure at this point we have all been scammed out of our money. I reached out to backer kit who cannot even get ahold of the creators. At this point I am fixing to start posting under all of geek therapeutics post to get my money back. I might also contact the board of counseling to report this fraud activity as well. This is not ethical nor should we allow for this to continue.
At this point have I just essentially help fund a legal case? Is there a way to dispute this or request a refund? Was very excited for this but it seems dead in the water at this point.
