Survey Question

Hi, so when I go to fill out survey and get to my add ons purchased during campaign I am confused by the wording cause I chose a magnet but it labels it as a sticker in the survey

Project Update: Surveys are coming soon for Friendships of the Multiverse!

We've just requested a review and should be able to start sending the smoke test surveys sometime next week. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

With surveys we also kick off the backerkit pre-order store which you can visit directly. If you missed the campaign this is your last chance to take advantage of our campaign pricing.

Important reminders:

✔️ Double-check your shipping address. Addresses will lock shortly after the deadline.

✔️ Check your credit card info. Cards will be charged for shipping and any add-ons you’ve selected. Please make sure your information is up to date to avoid any delays!

What if I need to review my information?

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page or https://friendships-of-the-multiverse.backerkit.com/

Project Update: The Campaign Is Over — Thank You!

Friend-ships of the Multiverse has officially wrapped, and I’m so grateful for your support. Whether you backed on day one or jumped in at the last minute, thank you for bringing this collection to life. I can’t wait to send these pins to their new homes!

What happens next:

BackerKit will begin collecting payments over the next few days. If you need to update your credit card information, now is the time to do it to avoid any delays.
In about two weeks, you’ll receive a survey to confirm your shipping address and make your reward selections. Keep an eye on your inbox!

I’ll continue sharing updates as we move through surveys and fulfillment. In the meantime, thank you again for believing in this project.
