We are so happy to finally announce that all Mothcat plushies have been shipped!
 
For Domestic Orders: You should have received an email from Backerkit with tracking! Please refer to your pledge via Backerkit if if you haven't received an enamil, it shoul have your tracking via USPS!

For International orders: Shipping is through Pirateship (It should start with AHOY) You should be able to track your orders on Pirateship.com

Thank you so much for your patience over the last few weeks!

We have been able to go through all of our adorable Mothcats, and shipping is underway!

- Shipping for all plushie ONLY orders have been sent out via USPS. *Tracking will be sent via Backerkit

-Shipping for all plushie & charm/sticker orders have been sent out via USPS. *Tracking will be sent via Backerkit 

- Shipping for Plushie with Pin Orders was slightly delayed do to an issue with the pins. 
*Please be aware* our Manu had. Mistake with the pins and we received them all with the wrong backstamp! We have reached out to the creator of the backstamp and they are aware of the issue and have given us their permission to still send out the pins! 
We do not want to waste these pins as they turned out perfectly, so we are choosing to send them out! All orders should be shipped by the end of this week. *Tracking notification will be sent via Backerkit.

- International Orders: Will be shipping out at the end of this week! *Tracking notification will be sent via Pirateship. 

We anticipate that ALL orders will be fulfilled by the first week of June at the latest. We know this is a slight delay from our Original timeline, and appreciate your patience! We will continue to send updates--especially on the enamel pin issue as soon as we have more information to share!

They have traveled across the sea and have now arrived in California! 

We hope to get the Mothcats in early next week and will begin quality controlling each plushie. We anticipate starting to ship out on May 5th! 

We will have 4 shipping tiers: 
- Plushie only Domestic
- Plushie only International
- Plushie + pins Domestic
- Plushie + pins international. 

This makes it easier for us to batch orders and get them out as quickly as possible! 

*** If you have not paid for shipping, your order will be held!*** We still have a few orders that have not been processed on the backend for shipping. We will continue to have Backerkit attempt to charge the card on file to process shipping for all orders.***

Tracking: 
- We will ship via Backerkit postage. Backerkit will send you an email notifying you of your tracking information. 

International: We will ship via Pirateship--we will still send an email out to you, but it will be sent via Pirateship instead of Backerkit to keep shipping costs low.

Mothcats are Shipping to us now!

Next Steps:
- Orders have been locked. We will be charging Shipping on Monday, March 17th! 
- We should receive the MothCats towards the end of April, once we receive them we will begin shipping out orders to backers immediately following a quality check! 
- We typically have 3 phases to shipping: 
- Orders that only have Mothcats 
- Orders that have Mothcats + Enamel Pins/Keychains 
- International Orders. 

We will be updating you on when we receive the MothCats. 

We're so excited to get them here and to see all their cuteness!

Hello Lovely Mothcat Adopters, 

We're so happy to hear from our Manu that the production of the MothCats will be ending next week! They did explain that due to CNY there was a delay getting back into the swing of things, We don't anticipate that this will delay our overall timeline and are optimistic that we will still receive the MothcCats State Side within our estimated arrival window. 

We will provide another update as soon as we get pictures of all the completed MothCats--and YAY for us they passed their safety testing! 

Pins will begin production soon, and we anticipate them also arriving around the same time as the plushies. 

Plushies will be shipped out in waves! We will have a more in-depth update regarding the shipping waves as soon as we get confirmation that the plushies have arrived in Customs.
