Pledge now without worry! BackerKit will only charge you if the campaign reaches it’s initial funding goal by the end of the campaign. You can choose to change your pledge whenever you want during the campaign or choose to cancel it completely! Once the campaign ends-and only if we are successful in reaching our INITIAL funding goal will BackerKit charge the card you have on file. Approx. 2 weeks after the campaign ends you will receive a survey that will allow you to pick which rewards you want and the ability to purchase any additional add-ons you would like! Frequent updates will be provided so you are kept in the loop of production/shipping and when your new Nekonomicon Friend is on their way to you!

After the campaign ends, we will send out a survey with the UNLOCKED designs listed for you to choose from. Throughout the campaign, you will receive updates and notifications of the officially unlocked designs. If the design you want is not unlocked before the campaign ends, we recommend either changing or canceling your pledge. Only unlocked designs will be given as an option to choose from on the survey after the campaign ends.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE CAMPAIGN ENDS AND FUNDS ARE COLLECTED! This project relies on every pledge. Please be considerate and only pledge if you are financially in a position to do so!

We don't know what the orange man will do--but we have been able to work with our manufacturer in the past and have also worked out the strategic and economic needs this campaign requires if we can reach our funding goals. Even if tariffs increase, we do not anticipate passing those on to our customers or backers after the campaign ends. We will be keeping every up to date as new tariffs may impact our estimated and final timeline, but as of right now, it should not affect pricing. *Please keep in mind that shipping is currently ESTIMATED, and that shipping costs may be more or less than what is currently listed in the story of the campaign.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
