Setting stretch-goals gives us the opportunity to give back to our community and add even more value to the products you’re already receiving. As some stretch goals come at a greater expense than others, this means that not all of these can come as a free addition. In light of this, any Stretch Goals that have the text ‘add-on’ next to it, means they will be available for purchase to all backers, should you choose to add them to your pledge.

If you are a backer of any of the below tiers, then you will receive all achieved stretch goals; exclusive of any Stretch Goal featuring the “add-on” text: - The Sun Spark Slipcase - Unseen Sun Collection Stretch Goals that have the text ‘add-on’ next to it, will come at an added cost if you’re looking to purchase them. These (if applicable) will be specified on the Stretch Goal graphic on the campaign page, in updates and in your BackerKit survey. All other Stretch Goals (those without the “add-on” text) will be free to backers!

We ship almost everywhere in the world, however unfortunately due to import laws, customs or postal situations, several countries make it impossible for us to ship to them. In light of this, we are unable to ship to the below countries: - Russia - Ukraine - Belarus - Moldova - Faroe Islands - Virgin Islands - Guam - Seychelles - Falkland Islands In addition, we cannot ship to any APO, FPO, DPO or PO box addresses. Shipping costs will be calculated through your BackerKit survey once dimensions/weights have been confirmed. The estimated shipping costs on the Shipping Graphic of the Campaign page are based on current size and weight estimates of the products listed within each pledge tier and are subject to change. We aim to give the most accurate shipping prices as possible and don’t anticipate for confirmed shipping prices to stray far from this, however we appreciate everyone’s understanding of the current global shipping crisis and that this may lead to prices that exceed our initial estimations. Some of our products are still in the production phase, which means as soon as their available weights and dimensions are available, the shipping price will be entered into your BackerKit survey. We design and manufacture our products internationally and will always aim to keep shipping prices as low as possible for our backers.

Please note that costs outlined on the Shipping Graphic are Ex VAT. VAT for our CA, EU and UK backers will be charged as part of the BackerKit survey. Make sure you stay tuned in the updates for more details on VAT as the campaign progresses.

The process of changing addresses once you’ve submitted your survey will be dependent on where in the production and fulfilment process we are. We’d encourage all backers to use an address (if possible to the individual) that you’re as certain you can be, will be secure in 12 months time.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

• You are charged only if the campaign meets its funding goal.
• Charges happen when the campaign ends, not when you pledge.

After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any applicable shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.

Pay Over Time allows you to split your pledge into multiple payments over a set period. Your card will be charged according to the payment schedule (four monthly payments). Only available for projects that enable this feature. Learn More »

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
