A reminder to please get your address changes in at [email protected] soon else we may ship to the wrong address. Please only use this email for address changes at this time or if you are having a hard time locating your order. The team shipping the orders is small with limited time, so we want to prioritize it on orders that need immediate help, else it can flood the inbox and bury the orders that need address changes. We plan to get all merch shipped out before Christmas. There may be delays after the order has shipped due to customs, so please expect that.
Some people have asked about voice request delivery timelines. Although we had an estimated shipping for September, that was a date only set for physical merch, as stated on the main backerkit page under shipping. We want to prioritise voice acting for the game first. I imagine the voice requests will take quite a long time to get through and it can be hard to get session dates with the VA's (a lot of them have conventions or other sessions that we need to work around). We're currently trying to meet with them as much as we can just to finish off gameplay dialogue. We have an important deadline for localisation so the voice lines need to be done for the game before the end of the year. Once that is wrapped up we can start work on delivery for the voice lines for backerkit. Originally I had hoped we'd be wrapped with the voice acting already, but around the time of the orchestra our team at Humble Games was let go, which also happened during a milestone submission that delayed our expected funding. If we can get it done sooner than Ill keep you all in the loop.
In terms of the demo, I accidentally gave you all the Dutch Dance Battle oops! This was a patreon only demo, but I hope you all enjoyed haha see it as a thank you for being so awesome and patient! Just make sure you do not stream this demo as it is in a very early state of polish. If you are struggling to find the download it will be under your survey https://help.backerkit.com/article/662-where-can-i-find-my-digital-downloads , it will be the same download as before, I've simply replaced the google drive download link, so redownload it again with the new link.
I'll also start putting up the HD files for the stickers and prints under the same digital downloads location in the next day or two. I'm just polishing up Dutchs print a bit more and finishing off Fantoccios. The prints are easy as heck to get printed as we can get them done in a day via a print shop in town, so I figure I'd spend a bit of extra time being picky about the shading and quality of the prints whilst shipping was being figured out. All the signed prints are already signed and ready for shipping. We actually had to buy some special spray to make sure the signatures don't get smudged during transit.
Also the sticker sheets come with 2 sheets now! rather than just 1. Originally we promised the power up sticker sheet, but I had some very cool transparent sticker designs I wanted to use <3
Project Update: New Contact Email for Shipping Help and Questions
We are getting close to mass shipping the merch after the test shipping parcels went through. The person handling it wanted to take a bit longer to ensure both Kickstarter and Backerkit orders were combined so we don't end up sending out more than one parcel, but also to make sure we have all the correct size packaging boxes to ensure everyones orders come through in one piece. Took him a bit to code all the formula and figure out a good system. I admit I did not consider what a task getting the correct packaging sizes would be, when people can mix and match their orders with keychains, prints and shirts etc.
To add further context. The person handling shipping is the same person handling our project plan. The complications with Humble Games meant he had to do a lot of work reworking our project plan and establishing a new relationship with our new publishing team after the previous one was laid off. So he is balancing both the project management and this. He has spent about 30 hours trying to work the data so that shipping will be easy and fast once it starts.

Shipping was supposed to happen in Septemper. It's now November and we still haven't got any updates. I moved unexpectedly and it's past the time to change addresses. I had planned accordingly to make sure I would get my product in September before the move. But now it's too late. Did the products not come in fully? Also, while I understand you want to make sure people get their product in "pristine" condition via sending only a few at a time, people are more forgiving than you think as long as there is an explanation; and we are still in the dark here. You said shipping would start in September, not "test shipping". The longer you ignore this, the more frustrated people are gonna get. And people who have moved and planned around the "selected shipping time frame" are getting screwed over.
