For USA fulfillment, physical goods are 36% shipped. We slowed down while people were on vacation during the holidays. Everyone is back now and packing like mad.
International shipments are en route to freight forwarders.
For digital fulfillment, PDFs were sent out about a week ago, if memory serves. Backers should have received a notification with links to their downloads on the Backerkit site.

This is due to many factors, including seasonal and weather-induced courier delays and our Chaos Lords' already-busy workload this time of year. But, in the spirit of making everyone's New Year extra happy, we have enabled a new feature!

Please note that this feature is new to us, too! It does not mean that your order will be shipped immediately. The plan is to help the Chaos Lords better facilitate your shipment. With the number of offerings involved, logistics planning is imperative! Thanks for your understanding.

It’s nearly that time… Keep an eye on your inbox to see if you are part of the random selection of backers receiving a survey link, as we have launched the official Smoke Test!
For backers who are new to this process, this is a “soft launch”. Once the majority of Smoke Test backers go through and we can ensure all the pieces and parts behind the scenes are airtight (usually 24-48 hours), we’ll launch the Pledge Manager for all backers.

I received my print version of Grimtooth's Wet Noodle Pit Trap for being one of the first 100 backers, but I didn't see a PDF listed in my digital downloads. Was a PDF version also part of the reward? PDFs are more convenient to refer to when designing a dungeon.

Hey all! My pledge arrived in Belgium today. Although I didn't get the email notifications, I was able to track my parcel using the Global Post tracking page.
I was delighted to see that everything had been taken care of and I didn't have a surprise note telling me to pay whatever customs/duties/taxes/... related to the pledge. That's really useful and helpful ;-). And now I've got some reading to do!
