Hope you've all been doing super well!  It's been a minute since my last update.  Wanted to quickly let you know about the production updates!

One last reminder to finish your backerkit survey!  If you have any questions or have trouble finding your survey, don't hesitate to reach out to me!!

ALL items are either in production or have finished production, EXCEPT for the plushies!  I'm still waiting for Bob and Dreamy's prototypes to be approved.  So sorry it's taken an extra bit of time, I just truly want them to be perfect before I share (so you know exactly what you'll be getting!).  I've already received 3 updates for Dreamy and 1 for Bob, and they're both making great progress!

Here's Dreamy's finished face!  It's just a couple small body adjustments left.  Bob is still a bit more rough, so I'll share when it's fully ready!!

As a reminder-- Dreamy has been FULLY funded, but Bob is about 8 pre-orders away from being fully funded!  Please check out the pre-order page here, if you're interested!!

When both the Dreamy and Bob prototypes are FINALLY done, I will be locking orders and charging any pre-order/add-on item that hasn't been previously charged, as well as shipping.  That is when plush production will begin, as well.

Thank you all so, so much for your patience with me while getting these prototypes finished!!  I can't wait to share more news soon!!!

Hey y'all!  Hope you're all having a fantastic week!

Just wanted to do a super quick update to let you know-- the backer surveys have been sent out!  Please get yours done when you have a chance-- this is how I know the numbers of various items to order & can place the orders for all these items in!  c:  Any delay will effect when you get your items, so getting them in ASAP is always the best!!  If you're moving sometime this year, though, no worries!  You can change your address on the survey AFTER it's done!  c:  I won't lock them until the items are in my hands and ready to ship to you, so you'll have plenty of time to change it just in case!!

ALSO-- while the Dreamy Plush prototype isn't 100% there yet, I wanted to show you all a sneak peek of it!!  Mostly cause the face is basically perfect now ;w;

The body still has a couple things changing, but I thought the face was just... too cute not to share xD  What a happy lil dragon!!

I wanted to do a new update to let you know I've received images of the Kieran pin, Trish pin, and Collab pin prototypes!  Here they are;

I think they all look real nice, very happy with how they came out in pin form!!  Wanted to make sure y'all could see this prior to the survey going out, just in case you were on the fence for Kieran or Trish!

Additionally, I got the very first photos of the Dreamy plush prototype!  It's still extremely in the works, so I'll hold off on sharing photos until it's closer to the desired outcome!!

Also, I wanted to update y'all to let you know-- If your payment failed on backerkit, you need to re-enter your card information for it to charge again.  I know it's a little confusing, so I've included a couple screenshots as to how to reach this info;

First, you can click on your backerkit account info, under the 'backer' heading, right here;

Once you're in your pledges & surveys, click on the campaign in question.  You can access your payment info and change it/update it there!

OR, if you checked out with just your email, you can access it this way;

You should've received an email if you payment went through, OR if your payment did not go through.  If not, at the bottom of the email, you should have a link that says 'please update your payment information.'  If you click on that link, you'll be taken to the page to update your info.  You can re-enter your card info to have the payment be sent through.  I had to call my bank and let them know my backerkit charges were all a-ok before half of them went through, haha!  It's always interesting at the end of a campaign!
