This was a brand-new experience for us, and it was a delight to participate with our fellow creators and enjoy an online version of a community-centric Holiday Market. We're pleased with how everything worked out!

Now, we're busy bees in the pledge manager making sure everything is ready for fulfillment, and we're aiming to send out surveys by tomorrow at the latest (Dec. 3). You'll have a short period of time to fill out your survey before fulfillment begins! We've provided a guide to your survey below, for when you receive it. 

The sooner you fill out your survey, the sooner we can ship your goodies to make sure they arrive for the holidays!

December 3rd, 2025 - BackerKit Surveys are sent out
December 7th, 2025 - Deadline to complete surveys
December 8th, 2025 - Surveys compiled sent to fulfillment centre
December 9th, 2025 - Estimated start of fulfillment, shipping begins

1) Select your region for shipping and click "Get Started".

2) Please read the question prompts and proceed into the BackerKit "store" (Add-Ons section).

3) Once in the add-ons section, you’ll see a list of the items included in your Holiday Market bundle on the right side of the page. On the left, you’ll see the options for add-ons!

4) Once you've selected all the items you want, click "Next".

5) Enter your shipping address and click "Next".

6) Confirm the provided information is correct, provide a payment method, and click "Confirm"

Please note: Due to the ready-to-ship format of this market, you will not be able to switch your pledge level in your survey, but you will have the option to choose additional bundles as add-ons if they are available.
