Hey monster lovers!
It's been a couple days since the May 31st deadline to get your surveys in, which means that now the next step will be charging your cards.
Cards will be charged for the following things:
It's been a couple days since the May 31st deadline to get your surveys in, which means that now the next step will be charging your cards.
Cards will be charged for the following things:
- Shipping fees collected from you when you filled out your survey (all backers)
- Add-ons that were added during the survey
- Backers whose initial payment failed after the campaign, but will be re-tried during this phase
I wanted to give you guys a couple days heads up before I charged them so you guys know to expect it, and transfer funds/fix payments beforehand if needed.
I'll be charging cards on Tuesday, June 4th sometime around 12pm Central time. So please expect both a notification and a charge to your payment method around that time.
