Project Update: We did it! 🎉 What’s next?

The campaign is complete and we ended at a little over $20.8k!! I’m so pleased that we managed to get the campaign that far, thank you so much for your support!!

So…what now?
Failed payments
This is never a fun topic, but please check your email/bank account to make sure your payment went through. If it did not, you will have gotten an email from BackerKit with instructions on how to fix it. When you do, please make sure you re-enter your card information and hit submit otherwise it won’t go through. You have 1 week to fix your payment.

TL;DR Order of events:
- Surveys sent - backers must fill it out
- After I receive surveys, I will lock-in orders. Backers will receive a 48-hour warning to make last minute changes to their orders if desired.
- IMPORTANT: cards will be charged a 2nd time for shipping fees & add-ons, if more were selected during the survey. Please make sure your card information is entered correctly here, because if your shipping payment fails, I won’t be able to send your order, even if your initial pledge payment went through. You will receive a 48-hour warning before your card is charged.
- When I’m ready to ship, I will lock-in shipping addresses - you can change your address at any point up until it’s locked in. You will receive a 48-hour warning to make any last-minute changes to your address if needed.
Post-campaign survey & shipping
Many of you are returning backers so I’m sure you already know the drill, but for those of you who are new to crowdfunding, you will receive a survey from me within the next few weeks that will do two things:
- Let you choose which rewards you will receive, such as what pin design(s) you want
- Collect your shipping address & postage payment information
You’ll also be able to select more add-ons to receive with your order if you so wish, such as extra pins, stickers, and more. You will pay for these separately at a later date.
!Important!: filling out the survey is required to receive your rewards. Without it, I will not know what items to send you, nor will I have a shipping address to send to. If you don’t submit your survey, I can’t send you your rewards.
As is stated in several places throughout my campaign page, if you do not fill out your survey and/or your payment for shipping fees doesn’t go through, EVEN IF YOU WERE SUCCESSFULLY CHARGED FOR YOUR PLEDGE, I can’t send your rewards, and I do not offer refunds if more than 30 days have passed since the campaign’s end date (November 2nd).
If you try to ask me for a refund after December 2nd, the answer will be no—no exceptions.
When will the survey be sent?
I am hard at work fulfilling my previous campaign Cryptid Crushes and finalizing the small pin designs for this campaign, so it may take me a bit longer than usual to get the survey built and sent out. I will be doing my best to get them out to you guys within the next 2 weeks. I’ll let you know if any delays occur.

Pay Over Time backers
If you selected Pay Over Time as your payment method, this is a reminder that you will not receive your survey until you have paid all of your installments in full. Any survey and payment deadlines are shifted for POT backers accordingly to account for this. :)
