Everything has arrived! Last chance to update address and order
Hi everyone!
Awesome update, your fulfilments have arrived, they are all currently being graded. I plan to lock addresses soon, so make sure everything is up to date! There are still a few backers who have not done their surveys or paid, this is the final call out, this will be the last opportunity after making reminders.
And here's some of the produced pins! Apologies for the photo quality, better ones will be done after my market on Sunday in AU, which will be reflected in both the pre order shop and my website!
(Speaking of which: My website is nearly done! Follow along for updates as I plan to do an opening sale, which I am planning to launch post-fulfilment in case any extra orders come in)

I have a market at Colourful Minds Market at Castle Hill NSW on May 17th, which has been anticipated for - those who have selected pick up can message me! I will have to get everything graded as well but I will be able to ship by the August timeline (if not earlier)

Less than 24 hrs left before surveys are locked!
Hi everyone!
24 hours before surveys are locked! Remember to update any details, I sent a reminder email to those who haven't filled it out yet just around the time of this post! Check your spam if you don't see it.
As for shipping stuff:
FOR US/CA BACKERS
For most of you, it will cost approximately $6.91 USD for shipping! If anyone ordered the awebo, it will be approximately $12.43 USD just due to the size of the boxes being shipped together will be a fair bit larger.
Aus and NZ backers have their prices set from when they are being shipped from me, the charges from FleaCircus are based on the cost for her to ship to me!
AU will pay approximately $11.5 on average while NZ will pay $15 on average (AUD, not USD)
Local Pickup is also an option, I tried to make it free but it doesn't allow it ._. sorry for the 10c

Surveys will be locked on April 1st! Please complete your surveys
Hi everyone!
Just a heads up that surveys will be locked soon, thank you for the amount of backers filling out their surveys! There's still a few people who haven't done it yet, but if you want to make any final changes before the surveys are locked, be sure to do so! Don't stress about addresses or shipping, as that will be addressed post-survey!
The current survey results are interesting! People appear to love the Budgie and Barking Owl from the original Brids of Australia! The crested pigeon and cassowary also evenly match out!
Besides that, I hope everyone is doing well and I hope to see the surveys being sent in!
Manufacturing is in progress and I'm excited to see how they turn out!

Survey issue bought up! Currently fixing it
Hi everyone!
Doodle again, just checking in and seeing some payments still haven't gone through, please do check that your bank isn't automatically flagging it!
I was raised an issue with some of the survey add-ons, and currently trying to find a fix but I may have made the survey a bit weird trying to - so I contacted backerlit support to see if they can help me figure out the specific issue that is causing choosing extra enamel pins to not show up.
I'm expected to get a reply within the next 48 hours, but don't panic! This will not affect fulfilment or rewards, or most of the survey (I hope), but do let me know if something looks funny!

Project Update: 24 HOURS TO GO! Pre-order store open + GIVEAWAY! Plus future project + Poll!

Thank you for making my project a reality! For those who unpledged but want the Early Bird and weren't sure if they'd get it if they came back, the Worm has returned! To both celebrate 350 followers and the success of this project, there is a live giveaway pinned on my Instagram that will close on 1/4/2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT!
The pre-order store has officially opened! Use the code FREESTICKER in the first 48 hours to get a random sticker from my store!
Then a little bit about a future project, mainly to let people vote while this is still active! It will probably take a few months to a year to organize something a bit more formal for this project (this one took 3 months to build, whew!), the art is not finalized at all but I would love to see what people think and vote for to see if any particular birds capture people's whimsy
(also for wallet reasons this will be way down the line but ambition got to me and I already made the launching page-)
And then a few other things:
A few things need to happen before we can commence production and fulfillment:
1. Backerlit needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
2. An earlier update around affordable shipping was posted recently, at the point of funds being collected, a survey will be sent out to everyone to start planning with FleaCircus the most affordable way to fulfil everyone's orders! Estimates were calculated in that update, but note that these are ESTIMATES and variations due to duties, taxes and tariffs may still unexpectedly influence the final cost of shipment.
3. I'll give you a heads-up before sending the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
4. If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on the BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
5. Answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
6. If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me at [email protected]

A project where you can take a bird into your everyday life! This plush has each wing designed to fit one standard credit card, one on the bottom of the body, a sensory popping toy inside the front and (potentially) a slot for spare coins and notes at the back of the body! Simply place your preferred card(s) in each slot, tap on payment terminals for a bit of everyday whimsy A way better image can be seen in the update!

I figure this is a great place for people to share their favourites, as I'm assuming most people here are excited about showing their love for our Aussie birds through their pins and keychains! For me it's a difficult choice, as I love pretty much all Australian birds, but I might have to go with the Superb Fairywren. Very close contenders are the Budgerigar, Rainbow Bee Eater, and Regent Honeyeater. 💕 ... and the Superb Parrot, and the White-Bellied Sea Eagle... and the Red-Browed Finch...
