Project Update: Fiendish Forge ver 1.01 + Digital Maps – Now Available!

- Fiendish Forge ver 1.01 is now LIVE!
- Digital Maps have also been released!
Fiendish Forge ver 1.01 - Fixes & Updates
Here’s what’s been cleaned up:
- Infernal Lance now correctly deals Fire damage (instead of Piercing)
- Table of Contents dead links have been fixed
- Appendix now lists the correct page number
- Dae Grimore (Madam Hush’s quest) is now a proper item with properties
- Rat King’s Filth Spread now correctly lists Poison damage
- Orb Launcher now includes its range
- General language cleanup across the book

We’re already working on the next update!
Some of you noticed issues with the Appendix links - after digging in, it looks like the exporter isn’t handling page links correctly in some cases. This will take a bit more time to fully resolve, but the goal is to improve browser compatibility across the board.
As always, we highly recommend using a dedicated PDF reader (like Adobe) for the best experience.

Digital Maps – Now Available!
The Fiendish Forge Digital Maps are now available for all backers!
We’ll be releasing them publicly alongside the full package once Fiendish Forge has been physically produced.

Project Update: Fiendish Forge Digital PDF Release!!
The Fiendish Forge PDF is RELEASED!
If you've backed Fiendish Forge or pre-ordered the PDF - I'm excited to announce that we are currently distributing through Backerkit!
- Be sure to head to over to BackerKit > Your Pledges & Surveys > View Order > Get Your Digital Downloads
- If you haven't completed your survey yet - you will need to before getting access to the PDF.
- Please note - it may take up to 48 hours for you to get access to your PDF.
Fiendish Forge Project Updates
- If you purchased Digital Maps, we will be distributing them this week
- Digital Tokens will come out ASAP - we're currently finishing them up.
- With the Digital PDF complete, we have started work on the VTT Module. Will have an ETA Update soon.
- Physical Products will be released later this year - and we will keep you updated with all of the manufacturing and when we'll be shipping physical products out.
Want to pick up a copy?
- We will be publicly releasing the Digital PDF when the physical book is complete and ready for shipping.
- HOWEVER, if you'd like early access, you can still pre-order the Digital PDF up until we begin manufacturing. We'll let you know when pre-orders close.

Project Update: Fiendish Forge is COMPLETE!
Hello everyone, I come with exciting news:
Fiendish Forge is COMPLETE!
Our final count of everything:
- 352 pages
- 95 Stat Blocks
- 270 Materials
- 334 Magic Items
Our plan is to spend this week cleaning up the PDF so that it's ready for release. As long as there aren't any catastrophic fixes, our plan is to have the Digital PDF in the hands of our backers/pre-order customers by March 24, 2026.
From there, we'll be preparing Fiendish Forge for physical manufacturing, distribute to our Backers/Pre-Orders - and then publicly releasing it for purchase to everyone else.

Hope everyone had a wonderful February. We are still deep in review and making good progress.

Fiendish Forge Review
Currently, we have 248 pages reviewed. We've got about 13 more creatures we are still going through our thoroughly reviewed process. During this process, we're cleaning up, making sure our numbers and math are right, and commissioning more art if we see any empty spots in the book that could use more art.

Hope everyone's year was well-rested.
Today's update is pretty straightforward: we're still internally reviewing the completed book.
Currently, we have 165 pages reviewed. Along with reviews, cleanup, and rebalancing, we're also getting more art done for the book to fill any open spots. Right now, the book is around 340+ pages and will probably grow a bit more as the table of contents and appendices finish up.
There is no release date at this time, but when there is, we will be sure to let you know. As always, the work is done when it's done, so when you have the book in your hands, it will be as complete as we could have made it.
