I really adore some of the themes that we have going on in this anthology and I think that a lot of you may find some inspiration to try something new or try again at something you've already given up on before from the stories you read here. Hello Launch crew! We're already about 50% of the way through packaging and scheduling shipments for your copies of Failure to Launch! 🚀

If you haven't received a notification for a tracking number yet, you should expect to see one soon. You'll know that your package is actually enroute when the tracking number begins to update.

Another update will be posted here when the last of the boxes have gone out on the truck so that if any of you have not received a tracking number we can look further into it for you. Until then, please be patient with the status of tracking numbers if you have not yet received one.

After you see the post that confirms everything has been shipped, in the event that your package doesn't reach you and isn't returned to us we'll issue a new package and attempt to replace the add-ons that were included. If we cannot replace the add-ons, a partial refund may be issued. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any issues once we get to that point so that we may help you directly.

Failure to Launch began shipping at the end of last week, at long last! 🎉

We're so excited to see this go out finally! Thank you all so much for your extended patience while we finalized on shipping plans!

Our rockstar launch crew can expect to begin to receive their kits over the next 5-7 business days or so once your kit has shipped. You will know that your parcel has shipped when you receive a tracking number from the USPS/international courier. If for some reason your address changes by the end of the month, please update your forwarding address with your local post office! 📦

All kits are expected to go out as a complete shipment, so if you requested a poster or opted in for a pin, that will be included in your shipment. Please let us know at [email protected] if something ends up missing from the package and we will attempt to get a replacement out to you! 🚚💨

Hello to our Launch Team! Sylphy is here with an update for our patient crew. Previously I posted this to another project as I am a silly goose. Go ahead, you can make fun of me, but I guess the silver lining is I am making sure everyone sees this twice ^^;

Both paperback and hardcover books have arrived at White Squirrel for boxing with poster and pins that are already in stock, and shipments should begin soon pending the finishing of shipping of a different project. Once that gets started another update will go out here for you, so any address updates that you may expect by the end of this month should be forwarded to us at [email protected]. You should not be emailing us about the status of your shipment, as none have gone out yet and we will be announcing here when those have begun the boxing and packaging process.

However prior to this, we've recently found out that due to a Backerkit error, we are short 40 copies of Failure to Launch hardcover.

While we were originally limiting these copies to 500 total, Backerkit counted the Earlybird hardcovers as separate items from the total number of hardcovers, leading us to be short 40 volumes of the hardcover copy that we will be unable to provide to some of you. What this means is that we are offering our backers the opportunity to downgrade to the paperback copy and receive either a refund or a coupon worth the dollar amount for the Iron Circus store and free shipping for purchases made with the coupon. This includes international shipping, mind you!

You may email us at [email protected] if you would like to adjust your backing. I will also attempt to check the comments here as well to see if there were volunteers but we would prefer the email option for organization.

If we do not receive enough volunteers for this, the last ones to order the hardcopy will unfortunately need to be downgraded to the paperback version. If you are included in this, I am sorry, and you will receive the credit & shipping coupon or a refund of the excess. We're really, truly sorry for this and unfortunately are unable to request additional copies of the hardcover from the publishing company, and we hope that the credit can lead you to another title that you love.
