Project Update: 💀 NOVEMBER UPDATE - Hero Boards, Boss Boards, and Minis
Howdy all 👋 As December arrives we wanted to check in for our monthly update!
We've had the most productive month yet and have officially submitted everything to Panda (our game manufacturer) for review.
What we've submitted, and what we've been hard at work on, is finalizing the following:
- 1 Two Piece Box with Spot UV and inner lining
- 1 Easy-to-Learn Rule Booklet (16 Pages)
- 8 Unique, Highly Detailed Miniatures with Contrast Wash
- 5 Dual-Layered Realm Boards (our main game boards)
- 4 Dual-Layered Hero Boards with Original Characters
- 3 Dual-Layered Boss Boards with Original Characters
- 7 Custom Galaxy-Themed Dice with Unique Designs
- 57 Loot Cards, Each with Unique Artwork by Skinner
- 6 Chaos Cards, Each with Unique Artwork by Skinner
- 16 Minion Cards, Each with Unique Artwork by Skinner
- 56 Action Cards with 8 Original Illustrations by Skinner
- 184 Durable, Colorful Gameplay Tokens
Not to mention all the other bells and whistles we offered like the enamel pins, stickers, shirts, hats, prints, patch, Skull Dice, Dice Tray, Dice Bag, D20 and more!
Just know we are moving as fast as we can while preserving our high standards of quality for this game. It's going to be absolutely phenomenal. It's shaping up better than we ever imagined.
We will most definitely share all the above over the coming months so you can all get a closer look.
Until then, here is a look at some renders we made to get an idea of the main Hero Boards, Boss Boards, and the contrast washed miniatures. These are all still subject to slight tweaks before we manufacture, but just a lil' something to tide you over.

I hope you all think this stuff is looking as cool as we do. We wanted to get everything submitted to our manufacturer before the busy holiday season hits. Hopefully from here on out we are just responding to feedback and tweaking things as necessary while bursting at the seams with holiday gravy and eggnog.

Project Update: 💀 OCTOBER UPDATE - And a look at the minis!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN REALM RUNNERS 🎃
Just wanted to touch base with everyone and give you a progress update.
First the elephant in the room, yes, Realm Runners is going to ship later than we projected. It's not because we aren't working on it, it's simply because we didn't fully understand the manufacturing timelines required (especially for miniatures!). As of now, we are looking at surveys going out first quarter of 2025 with games likely shipping by spring. Of course it could be sooner if all goes well, but we need some buffer for the unexpected. We will at least give you all monthly updates like this!
That said, on with some fun news! The miniature molding process is nearly complete! The next (and hopefully final) step is for us to approve physical miniatures that we will receive very soon in November. Here's a look at some glamour shots from the manufacturer!
Now that the minis are pretty much completed, we are moving on to all the dice and printed materials next! Since we made really solid prototypes with Panda Game Manufacturing, a lot of this work is already done. So really we are combing trough everything for final tweaks and typo corrections.
Our deadline to get all materials submitted is by the end of November to hit our target shipping window of Spring 2025. We are getting a lot of those files submitted as we speak, and just need a little bit more time on the box and rulebook. But it's all going smoothly.

And remember, you will ALL have a chance to add to your order and change your shipping info before we finalize your orders. You will do all of that in the BackerKit survey we send you early next year.

Project Update: 💀 AUGUST & SEPTEMBER UPDATE
Hey hey Realm Runners 🐸 🧙♂️ 🐺 🤖
As the summer months are burning on, we've been hard at work collaborating with the fine folks at Panda Game Manufacturing getting Realm Runners one step closer to your patient little hands 🔥
Our main focus at the moment is getting our epic miniatures lloking juuuust right. There's a lot of back and forth between us and the manufacturing team to get things looking sharp.
If anyone wants a sneak peek at this process, I've compiled some of the images we've been working on for you to feast your eyes on. Keep in mind, these aren't 100% final, but they're damn near close!
Once we agree on final digital sculpts, we will get some physical minis in hand for final approval.
Besides the minis we are still finalizing some of the printed components such as the boards, cards, and rule booklet. Everything is going well, and we will be sure to share progress there when we get there.
