Hey again everyone! Just a quick recap/update here~
I hope you all got your packages safely and are enjoying your new pins!! :) If you were missing anything near the end of fulfillment last month, I shipped out any missing items that popped up in the last couple of weeks! So all those ready-to-ship orders from last month should now be complete/on the way to you! ✅ There was only 1 international package that was returned to sender, so I'll be emailing you shortly to figure out this shipping issue.
There are 2 last groups to take care of before I can close this campaign:
➡️ Missing payment / Card failed backers
This is the small group of 5 backers/pre-orders that haven't had their cards charged yet or have failed payments for their shipping/extra add-ons from the survey. Any order that was over $45 in this group, I held off on charging because I didn't want to charge a larger order if someone needed to pay a bill first or didn't have the funds ready for that purchase.
‼️ If you're one of these last 5 backers in this group, you'll be getting an email from me shortly double checking that it is okay to charge your card for your shipping/add-ons so I can close this campaign.
➡️ Incomplete survey group This is the group of 11 backers that haven't completed their surveys yet! If you're in this group, I just emailed a copy of your survey to you. As soon as I see a survey is filled out, I'll ship it out for you ASAP!

‼️ New pins being manufactured now!
If you haven't seen my latest pin designs, these are currently being manufactured this month and I plan on fulfilling these orders ASAP once they reach my hands! I ordered enough leftover pins for last minute orders, so feel free to browse the Pre-order shop! Now that I have recent experience knocking out a large batch of orders all at once and a work station ready to go, I anticipate fulfillment taking much shorter: about 2 weeks after the pins arrive :)

If you didn't get the chance to read the last update, this is Cat running the social media side of this campaign! At the end of the year Jess became ill after a few medical issues that came up. Luckily everything is going great now with that and we've been working hard together to finalize all the shipments to wrap up the campaign. We anticipated finishing everything by the holidays, but with the bad winter storms and us living about an hour away from each other, it delayed us getting together to finish everything all at once. Jess sends her apologies and hopes you all can understand the delay.
The great news is all orders are 100% packaged up and the last part we are working on is grabbing all the shipping labels to mail these out to you all ASAP 🙏🏼 You'll get an email soon within the next week with your unique tracking number. While myself, Jess, and the rest of our team have been working to pack up all the orders together, Jess has also been designing a new pin series for this year's Pintopia event called "Rebirth & Ruin"- a nature enamel pin series celebrating the delicate balance between life & death.
Pintopia 2025 launches this Thursday, January 23rd @1pm EST and Early Bird slots will disappear 48 hours later on January 25th @1pm EST.

On top of that, if you followed the Muerte & Magic Pintober campaign that just happened, Jess finalized the artwork & already started the process of sampling the pins before the final bulk order is approved. These 3 Dia de Los Muertos pins and the new "Rebirth & Ruin" pins will be available for pre-orders starting this week for Pintopia 2025! Sampling will begin this week for the new Rebirth & Ruin pins, so we'll share the pin production process photos when the manufacturer sends them. Since sampling will begin as Pintopia starts, this means we aim to be a little bit ahead of schedule for this campaign :)

This is Cat, writing on behalf of Jess at JBlakeDesign. I wanted to start by thanking you all for your incredible patience and support as we navigate some unexpected challenges. Jess has had a very difficult few months, as she needed emergency gallbladder surgery and experienced some complications afterward. This took a serious toll on both her physical and mental health, and she has been focusing on recovery ever since.
Jess deeply apologizes for the delays this has caused, and she is immensely grateful for your understanding & support during this time. While she continues her recovery, I’ve stepped in to help with social media updates and campaign fulfillment. Myself and others are working as a small but dedicated team to finalize everything.
I’m excited to share that packaging is well underway! The team and I are committed to getting every order out as soon as possible, with the goal of completing fulfillment before the holiday rush comes around. Jess recently taught me how to handle the social media and communication side of the campaign, so we’ll be keeping you better updated moving forward.

We've been working hard grading all the pins, adding pins to their backing cards, and prepping all other accessories to be ready for shipment. If you didn't receive an email about it, shipping addresses have been locked with a final notice so please update your shipping address if needed before the end of the weekend. Packages will be mailed out ASAP and you'll receive a tracking number via email.
