Here's a mockup of the pins on their backing cards, I think they look lovely as a whole set together! :)
With the pins in hand, here's my next steps for fulfillment:
Waiting for stickers, sticker books, and backing cards to arrive in the mail
Grade pins
Apply pins to backing cards
Wrap pins in protective tissue paper for shipment
Package orders up
Triple check contents are correct & close packages
Purchase shipping labels
I'm hoping this process will take me about 2-3 weeks after the stickers/add-ons arrive to me. I'll be completing orders with just the Pintober Muerte & Magic pins.
➡️ Those that ordered some of the newer pins from my latest "Rebirth & Ruin" Pintopia campaign, you'll need to wait a little bit longer for these pins to finish going through production! They should hopefully be finished around next month by my rough estimate.

With the Tariff news happening over the past few weeks, a lot of us small artists have been worried about the proposed Tariff fees on our pin orders (145% tariff fees as of yesterday). I'm working with my pin manufacturer on a solution to make sure costs don't rise a significant amount on my end when the new pins ship to me. Any increased costs during production/shipping I will make sure it is not passed onto you!! All pricing in the Pre-order Store is still the same regular tier campaign pricing plus a few bundle deals have been added~
Pin prices will go up when I list these on my Etsy Shop though, so if you have a moment take a look at the Pre-order Store link above! 😊✌🏼 Any pre-orders placed on the extra pins I've already put into production will help offset any extra costs that might pop up during the shipping phase.So any extra support is very much appreciated during this time 🙏🏼💖

I'm happy to announce that 91% of surveys have been completed! 🎉 Thank you so much!! ^_^ Luckily there are only 5 backers left who haven't filled the survey out yet, so if that's you please fill it out so I can mail out your pins ASAP when they finally arrive to me! :) It was brought to my attention that there was a glitch in the surveys that didn't show the free mini pin for backing 3+ campaigns or the freebie stickers, I believe that error should be fixed and those items should show up now 🤗

The rainbow sugar skull mini pins are going through the anodizing process which takes a little bit longer to give that rainbow gradient effect. As soon as I get pictures of the freebie mini pins and the screen printed details of the Alebrije/Xolo Dog pins, I'll add it to the next update~
The game plan for fulfillment:
I currently don't have an exact ETA on when these pins will be finished, and I never like to rush my manufacturer so they can 100% focus on making every pin high quality A-grades with very little errors/B-grades. Once my manu says the pins are almost ready for shipment I'll make another update for you all ASAP! :)
⏳ While we are waiting for manufacturing, I'm currently working on designing the backing cards for the pins and counting up the stickers/other add-ons I need to order now that most of the surveys/counts are done. ‼️ I'll be locking down orders in the next few days and charging cards starting this Friday. If you need more time to pay for your items/shipping, please comment below and I'll make a note to hold off on charging your card until later!
Once the pins finally arrive to me, here's my estimated timeline for fulfilling orders: I anticipate taking roughly 2 weeks to grade the pins, apply them on backing cards, wrap the pins up in protective tissue wrap for transit, package all orders up, triple check each order is correct, and finally purchase/attach the shipping labels for shipment (It's a lot I know! lol 😄) I'm estimating the stickers, add-ons, and backing cards should arrive around the same time the pins arrive, so everything should be smooth sailing to wrap up this Muerte & Magic campaign! ^_^

Persephone was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, and she was the goddess of spring/agriculture. Persephone also became the wife of Hades, King of the Underworld which made her theGoddess of Death and the Queen of the Underworld. She's the perfect Femme Fatale and the reason why I chose her as the special collab pin 🙏🏼🌹💞

This is Cat, writing on behalf of Jess at JBlakeDesign. I wanted to start by thanking you all for your incredible patience and support as we navigate some unexpected challenges. We are very sorry for the lack of updates and information on this campaign. The campaign was launched while Jess was experiencing extreme difficulties relating to her health. Jess has had a very difficult few months, as she needed emergency gallbladder surgery and experienced some complications afterward. This took a serious toll on both her physical and mental health, and she has been focusing on recovery ever since.
Jess deeply apologizes for the delays this has caused, and she is immensely grateful for your understanding & support during this time. While she continues her recovery, I’ve stepped in to help with social media updates and campaign fulfillment. Myself and others are working as a small but dedicated team to finalize everything.
The manufacturer has been contacted to start the pin sampling process. The team and I are committed to expediting the proofing process. Our end goal is to place the final pin purchase from the manufacturer by the end of the year. Jess recently taught me how to handle the social media and communication side of the campaign, so we’ll be keeping you better updated moving forward.
Thank you again for your patience and support during this time. We can’t wait for you to receive your enamel pins, and we’ll keep you posted on every step of the way!
