🔐 Locking Addresses:
If you haven't seen the email, I've already locked down shipping addresses! If you need to make any changes to your address, in your survey, click 'Need help?' on the top right corner, and then select 'Contact Us' from the left sidebar to contact the Backerkit team for assistance on changing that 😊
For those that are combining orders with the Pinned & Preserved campaign, I'll be confirming your address again once the other pins arrive~ So no worries if things might change later, I'll hang onto your order until the other pins come in 💕

The Cerberus and Fenrir designs will take a little extra time to grade since I’ll also be adding the chains on each pin myself before they’re packaged up.

After playing around with many chain possibilities, I've landed on this layout as the final look 🖤
📝 Grading Process + Timeline:
This part takes a bit of time because I inspect every single pin by hand to make sure there's no errors or accidental B-grades going out. After inspection/grading is finished, I put each pin on its own backing card and wrap it up in tissue paper. Then I start packaging all the orders according to their packing list and everything gets double-checked before being sealed up.
➡️ This entire process should take me a few weeks, but you should start seeing shipping emails slowly trickle out as I work through each order ^_^ Just keep an eye out for your inboxes with a tracking number~

I wanted to share a long overdue update on Pin Quest: Myths of the Underworld. I’m really sorry this campaign has been quiet for a bit, there's been a lot happening in the background and I want to be transparent about the delay if you haven't followed my other campaigns.
Long story short: the delay came from running 3 campaigns (Pin Quest, Pinned & Preserved, and Pintober) back-to-back with very little downtime in between campaigns. On top of overlapping campaigns, I was also dealing with several unexpected family emergencies that made it difficult for me to keep everything moving on the original timeline I had planned out.
🙏🏼 The long version for the delay (if you didn't see updates from the other campaigns)
➡️ Back to back campaigns: While running Pin Quest, an artist that was part of the upcoming League of Science pin event asked me to join and asked if I could do more insect pins like in my Rebirth & Ruin campaign. I happily agreed, but I didn't fully anticipate how tight the schedule would be in between setting up & running multiple back-to-back campaigns, cleaning up lineart, and preparing artwork for the next event. I originally planned to have more time between Pin Quest and Pintober to clean up/vectorize the artwork, but with the added insect pin campaign I had to put a pause on cleaning up the Pin Quest designs in order to run the events on time.
➡️ Family emergencies: During the middle of running Pinned & Preserved after Pin Quest, my mom was hospitalized due to a severe spider bite infection that required multiple surgeries to clear out of her system. Thankfully she made a full recovery 🥹🙏🏼 Shortly after this, there was a cancer scare that required more testing back at the hospital, but thankfully that all came back negative. After this happened, my closest grandma passed away which was a very difficult loss to deal with on top of everything.
Once things settled down, I jumped immediately back into my work cleaning up the Pin Quest lineart for my manufacturer. Balancing campaign work in between these 2 family emergencies caused some delays getting production started, and I ended up a little overwhelmed and slower to check in than I meant to be. For that I sincerely apologize 🙏🏼 I just want to be transparent about everything and I want to thank you all so much for your incredible patience during this time. It really does mean a lot right now (I also hope you all are taking care of yourselves too, I know life can be rough to everyone sometimes 💖)
🙌🏼 The great news is that pin production is finally finished after their super busy holiday season, and the pins will ship out to me soon! 💖
