After putting together the estimated shipping fee charts for Canada, the U.S., and international backers, I’ve had to increase the shipping fees. This is due to inflation, higher overall shipping costs, and an additional charge from my courier in the form of a brokerage fee.
For Toronto (Canada) backers:
BackerKit offers a FREE Local Pickup option, which means no shipping fee will be charged. I haven’t fully set this up yet, as it’s an option selected during the survey, but this is something I definitely plan to offer for Toronto-based backers.
For U.S. backers:
Unfortunately, shipping costs to the U.S. are currently similar to international rates. If possible, please plan ahead and consider placing a group order with friends, family, or colleagues to help save on shipping costs.
