The bulk production order for the Chuuloos is offically underway! We have some new images of all our silly little friends, and I'm so excited for you guys to meet them! As of now, we are on track to keep our fulfillment deadline :)
IMPORTANT- If you still have not filled out your survey and did not pay your deposit on your order, I will be CANCELLING YOUR ORDER ON MONDAY.
I will be sending out an email to these remaining backers one last time to try and get a response, however if you do not contact me by Monday I will have to cancel.
THOSE THAT HAVE CREDIT FOR THEIR ORDER/ALREADY PAID BUT HAVE NOT FILLED OUT THE SURVEY have until the end of April to fill out their survey!! I placed the production order with the understanding that there would be some late additions, however due to this being a small-number production overstock is going to be extremely limited.
IF YOUR ORDER GETS CANCELLED, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY OF THE CROSS-COLLAB GOODIES!

The production order for Chuuloos has been placed!
YAY!!!! It should take a few months, but we are still on track for fulfillment in the July/August timeline initially proposed!
Thank you to everyone for your continued support! I wanted to remind everyone to please check their surveys, and make sure your payments are fulfilled! This helps me immensely as most of the proceeds go to funding the plushies!
We still have 30 people left who haven't filled out their surveys, and around 13 people who's cards errored when charging!
I will be charging cards weekly to try and get the last of these payments, but I may have to cancel your order if you are unresponsive.
I want to make sure everyone gets the plushie they want, so if you have any issues PLEASE email me @ [email protected], and I'll get you sorted. Please make sure to get your payments sorted ASAP! Again, most of the proceeds go towards funding the plushies, and I am not having many extras made so this is your last chance to for sure get the Chuuloo you want!
In other news, S2 development is currently underway! I plan on having some concept art to show you guys next month, so be sure to be on the lookout using our discord! Discord users get first glimpses!

There's no guarantee that these little guys will stay in stock after fulfillment, and even less of a chance of them being re-produced in the future! Stock will be EXTREMELY LIMITED so now is the best chance for you to snag a pal if you're having trouble deciding!
Secondly, we still have around 38 people that HAVE NOT filled out their surveys! Please do so, ESPECIALLY if you've already been charged for an initial amount! Surveys are super important in determining which products you receive and which I have to order!
If you do not fill out your survey, you will not qualify for any items you have ordered nor will you qualify for any of the free Snughouls goodies from our cross-collab!!!

If you've selected pay-in-4, you will receive your survey after your final payment has been processed! Production order for the plushies won't be placed until your surveys are submitted, so don't worry about missing out! (but please finish your survey as soon as you receive it!)

As a special treat, our samples for the keychains have come in and OMG- they're adorable!!! Each keychain is double-sided with a protective layer of film (pictured) to keep them safe on their journeys to you!!
