The original cast of Studio C is making a brand new sketch comedy show! 

We’ve been on a sold-out tour across 5 states. And it has been a blast! BUT! We can’t travel everywhere. So we are filming the sketch show to make it available for everyone who wants it!


Us, back with a vengeance!

If you're new to crowdfunding, here's a quick explanation.


Crowdfunding allows fans to be part of the creative process by paying for products before they are fully created. Here's how it goes:


  1. You choose the perk you want to buy.

  2. When you check out, you quickly create an account with Backerkit (this crowdfunding site).

  3. Assuming that we hit our funding goal ($5,000), your card gets charged once our campaign ends.

  4. After the campaign, we send you a survey so that we can deliver you your rewards.

  5. We send you the rewards once they're ready! Some will be this year, others early 2026. (See "Timeline" section below.)

We're taking our sold-out live tour and putting it on-screen so all of you can watch it. (Except for our lifelong enemy, former Utah Jazz center Greg Ostertag, who has violated the laws of both man and nature. He can catch these hands.)

You get to see 4 episodes of live sketch, reminiscent of our original live comedy on Studio C!


Also, if this project succeeds, we hope to do multiple seasons going forward into the future. Be part of launching something that we hope will continue many seasons!

We aim to have the 4 episodes completed and delivered to you by March 2026. Please be on the lookout for our emails. Here is our rough expected schedule:

  • August 2025: We launch the crowdfunding campaign. 

  • September 2025: The Fan-Cast survey goes out so that fans can choose the casting for a sketch.

  • October 2025: The show is filmed.

  • November 2025-February 2026: Various digital rewards are delivered to backers during the creation process.

  • March 2026: The 4 episodes and final rewards are delivered to backers.

Will all the cast be in this?

As you can see in the team list, not all cast members will be able to be in every show. But just because a cast member isn’t in this season, doesn’t mean they won’t appear in future seasons. We hope there will be many seasons in the future!


Will this show be released for free on YouTube?

While we plan to share some limited clips on YouTube, the full sketches will not be released for free.

For many years we have released most of our content for free, and we are glad so many of you have enjoyed it. However, platforms like YouTube do not pay us enough to cover our costs or make a good living. (For example, one person coming to our live show earns us about as much money as 9,000 people watching on YouTube!)

So we are focusing more on live touring and selling shows and cast perks, and less on making all our content for free. Thank you for your understanding!


If I pay money for this crowdfund, am I an investor?

No. Unlike our group's previous Freelancers crowdfund, in this crowdfund you will just be a customer, not an investor. We will give you content and perks in exchange for money. It's something we invented called commerce! Copyright, JK Studios. No one else gets to do commerce. We own it now.


What is your refund policy?

During the campaign, you can cancel your order at any time. After the campaign is completed, we unfortunately cannot manage refund requests.
