Paramour is an adventure for Orbital Blues centered around one woman at a tumultuous crossroad, putting you in the shoes of a troubled ex-lover, a friend betrayed, or even a superfan. A collision of Cowboy Bebop (1998) and Themla & Louise (1991), this module lands your crew in the frozen streets of La Bohème, a city you loved when you were young that has since changed. Messy emotions lie at the beating heart of the scenario, wrapped around a deadly dilemma with spiraling consequences. If you had one last chance to work things out with your old flame or former friend, would you? Or would you push for a clean ending and pursue the bounty on her head?

From writing duo Josh Domanski and Chris Airiau, with editing by Samantha Leigh and illustrations by Lur Noise. Bound within this 32pg zine are disputing factions, set pieces, a daring heist, and a whole iceball city sandbox to serve as a playground for your sad space cowboys.

The module details the six districts of La Bohème (a.k.a. Slushtown) that stretch across the frozen banks of the River Scène, each with three Landmarks and Blues-inducing tables of Old Haunts and Somebody That I Used To Know. A daring heist will take you across the fully mapped city to three detailed and mapped locations, including the defunct concert hall Vive le Vent, the snowed-over MVM Waste Center, and the Spinward Records Offices.

Paramour is a 32pg A5 staplebound zine (5.8in x 8.3in) containing a lovelorn adventure packed inside a nostalgia-fueled city sandbox. Much like Cassandra herself, the city the Outlaws once called home has changed. The module assists the Storyteller in adapting between what the Outlaws once knew and what they can find now, in addition to the set pieces for the adventure’s Scenes. The zine includes:

  • Fully illustrated characters by Lur Noise.
  • Fully mapped city of La Bohème, a.k.a. Slushtown.
  • Three Factions:
    • Spinward, Ltd: Data and music cassette corporation.
    • RGB Company: Spinward’s hired thugs and bounty hunters.
    • Cass’s Crew: The Paramour’s new crew out of Slushtown.
  • Six Slushtown Districts: Vieux Port spaceport, old city Tour Sainte, new city Les Halles, Pont du Gau corpo megastructure, factories and quarries of Les Caillols, and oceanside Malmousque.
  • Three fully mapped adventure locations: Vive le Vent, MVM Waste Center, and Spinward Records Offices.
  • Tables of Old Haunts and how they've changed since you were last here.
  • Table of Somebody That I Used To Know detailing the folks still stuck here.
  • Digital & Printable Asset pack of art and maps.

Starfall is a 16pg, single session adventure for Orbital Blues by Josh Domanski. A simple delivery job soon spirals out of control as the Crew infiltrates an exclusive holiday party hosted by corporate executives, navigates social etiquette, and crosses paths with an infamous space pirate. The zine contains:

  • A three Act structure inspired by the West End Games Star Wars Instant Adventures.
  • Alternate campaign hooks.
  • Three Factions:
    • Lexicon Galactic Security: Private security firm for the ultra-rich.
    • ARK, Co.: The megacorporation controlling Arctura System.
    • Open Hand Crew: Pirate Crew of disgruntled ARK, Co. workers.

Ragtime Repo is a tri-fold pamphlet adventure for Orbital Blues by Josh Domanski and Chris Airiau. A Spinward record executive turned adjunct professor has skipped out on payments for a vehicle purchased from an old friend of yours, so it's time to go claim it back. The pamphlet contains:

  • A new job for your crew to earn some Credits.
  • An easy to pick-up-and-play format.
  • An expanded location on Marseille V to add to Paramour or run independently.

Grab both of these adventures as part of the Corpo Gatecrasher bundle!

Below, you’ll find the rough overview of the project timeline. The great luck with this campaign is that the manuscript is drafted and editing is already underway! Revisions will begin after we receive funding from BackerKit. Then it’s layout, final proofreading, and test prints. But knowing how volatile even a seemingly simple process can be, we’ve built in some serious padding.

May 2026: Collect funds, begin writing revisions.
June 2026: Begin Layout.
July 2026: Finalize and check layout
August 2026: Proofreading
September 2026: Print checks
October 2026: Production (zine)
November 2026: Shipping to Warehouse
December 2026: Kitting
January 2027: Fulfillment Begins

Of course, there's a war going on and who knows what fresh hell the world has in store for us to impact shipping logistics and costs. We thank you for your support and patience through the production cycle. We are committed to sending an update on this project's progress on the second-to-last Monday of each month, whatever the state of the project.
Edit

While Paramour does not contain any overtly graphic material, the scenario deals heavily with themes of romantic entanglement and lost love, which may be something your players are uncomfortable directly engaging with. However, these elements can largely be removed during play if needed by shifting away from the personal drama and treating the scenario like a standard heist or bounty hunt.
