Hey everyone ~

This update is copy pasted across multiple projects so sorry if you see it more than once!

The overview is looking like this;

Christmas Market ~ Shipping well underway

If you specially requested your pins were sent soon for BnB, the Christmas Market or Mythical Garden; then your package has been sent out. The last big package pick up was a week ago; the next one is tomorrow. 

We are currently in the middle of moving houses, there probably won't be another update this month but work is continuing in the background. We've done everything we can to avoid disruption so fingers crossed we don't have any disasters.

The new fish pond pins have arrived. I don't have pictures, I'm sorry; but they look just like the old ones on the outside. The inside pieces have been sealed differently this time. We are going to let them sit until March to see if any bubbles develop, then we'll send them out to anyone who's had an order with one missing (mostly BnB backers). If you have any trouble with them at all, let me know asap. 

We are having a bit of trouble with packages bouncing back from customs and we're not sure why. The paperwork we're getting is very vague. Considering we send through royal mail which insists its all filled out online, we're not sure what's going on with that. Our friends are moving into our old house though so if anything does end up back here, we'll know. If you want to check on the status of your order you can email us through the support email, although replies will be slow while we move.

That's it! I want to say that BnB will be finished by the end of March (including the missing fish pond pins) but with moving and everything I don't want to promise we won't have any set backs. Just know we're doing our best and we're nearly there :).

Sorry I wasn't sure if it was worth putting out another update, but I did see your comments.

Shipping started again with the new year. 
Its still slow, but it is getting there. First pick up of the new year is next week, due to Royal Mail being backed up over Christmas.

If you'd like to be prioritised you can leave a comment here and I'll make sure your package goes out asap. Otherwise, keep an eye on the post and hopefully it won't be too long now.

Just a quick one. Shipping is on going, nothing's really changed. Another huge pile went out today, but there's no more pick ups now until after Christmas. We are well on the way to being finished.

We haven't had any reported issues so I hope everyone is liking their pins :). Don't hesitate to get in touch if you're unhappy with your package. Hopefully the next update will be the end of the campaign.

Just a quick one to say... Shipping is on going, we're just a bit slow.

We had a couple of packages returned because of an issue with our weights. That's on me, they're heading back out again already. Some of you made such large orders they don't all fit in one mailer (which is awesome) - if all of your items aren't present, check the inside top of the box. It should have box 1 of (x) written on there. If not, get in touch! 

We haven't resolved the fish pond issue yet. The manu has promised to remake them and we're waiting for them to at least predict a timeline. 

Hopefully, many of you already have your pins in hand! We're aiming to have all packages out by December.

Hey all;

In the midst of packing orders we've discovered that the koi fish pond pins have been leaking. We thought we had an issue with air bubbles, but all of the 'good' ones have also started to slowly drain.

Thankfully we haven't sent any out yet. If you ordered a fish pond pin, we've sent you an acrylic keychain of the same design for now. Once I have contacted the manufacturer and we have information on how they're going to handle it (hopefully they will replace them) I'll come back with some info on your options (including full refunds).

Just a heads up that acrylic keychains have a protective film on both sides, so remember to peel it off. 

(If you ordered this pin in a future campaign, you will get an update later on, it may not effect those campaigns at all. We hope.)
