Smoke tests are out! Surveys should be going live tomorrow, all going well. This one was a beast to set up, so sorry for the delay. We did end up listing everything we still have in stock in the add-on store, so if there's anything you missed you can find it there. The survey store is not as well organised so I recommend ctrl+f for the campaign or product type you're looking for, but I did try my best. 

We will start charging cards and locking orders next Monday (17th) so we can start shipping out right away. There won't be a warning email this time. Everything's ready to ship so we're getting to it as fast as possible. Make sure you're happy with your order and let us know if you need to change your address right away. Try to do your survey at your earliest convenience, we'll just keep charging/locking automatically as they come in.
