Thanks everyone for supporting the Christmas Deck Box campaign.

I've been trying to set up the pledge manager since Thursday last week so the survey can go out as soon as the campaign is ended. However, there is currently an error in the pledge manager and some of the addons are missing and not transferred to the pledge manger, and I cannot manually add the missing addons to the pledge manager. 
Unfortunately, Backerkit support has been on holiday for Thanks Giving Holidays from Nov 27th to Nov 28th and they don't work on weekends, and I was not able to get any assistance at all for the past 4 days.

However, I just received their reply a couple of hours ago and the problem is now resolved.
I will start working on the pledge manager shortly and will try to get it done in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Will post another update when the pledge manager surveys are ready to be sent out.
