I wanted to pop in real quick and let you know that the manufacturing is almost complete and I had them take a few pictures for us so we can see how they look! I think they came out so nice!! So excited for you all to have them in your hands.

While Chinese New Year did mean that things were delayed after we finalized the order, so it took longer than they promised, it does sound like they are wrapping up some of the final stages now and we should have some shipping timelines from them soon.
To be clear, we don't have hard dates for when they will arrive for you yet, but so excited to have them arrive so we can pack them and get them into your hands!!
We will soon be sending out a final shipping address check by email, in the coming few weeks, for those of you who've moved, so keep an eye out for that.

I know that it has been many months since I've given an update. I am sorry that things are so behind and that I've not done well at keeping you all updated.
I have been struggling for well over a year with some health concerns and unfortunately, over the last couple of months, my health and life circumstances have taken a turn for the worse making it difficult for me to put the focus and attention to finish getting the pins created at the pace that I was hoping. I want to get these awesome pins to you all - and won't give up.
That said, because of my health and where I am at with things, I have decided to work with a fellow pin collaborator - to help make sure that these pins can be completed and sent out to everyone! He will be taking on the role of helping me make sure these pins get completed and sent out to everyone. We are getting things started back up here and by the look of it, our current estimate is to have things fulfilled to you over the next few months as we do get manufacturing underway. Future updates from him might have some pictures from the manufacturer and should be more regular, to help keep you up to date.
Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding! I hope to continue to focus on my health for the next while and hope to be back making fun creations for you all in the future!
It took me just a bit longer to set up the BackerKit pledge manager than I thought, but I have just completed a smoke test for the backer surveys for a small group, and all seems to have worked well!
Please check your email inbox in the next few hours and complete the survey as quickly as possible. This “survey” is NOT optional as it will confirm which pins you would like, collect your shipping address, and process your shipping payment.
The survey will also allow you to add a few extra pins to share with other introverts that you care about!
In the next few days, once we get to about 80-90% completion, we will process and lock completed orders, so I can get manufacturing started as soon as possible.
A quick update on how the people succ, grow plants pin designs are coming along!
This is our first time working with pin manufacturers, and we did have some complications with the first manufacturer we initially selected. Thankfully we have worked it out and have now changed course. After further research, we have found a better, more reputable manufacturer that we feel confident about!
We look forward to getting things moving, so we can help get those fabulous pins made as quickly as possible and sent to you to add to your collection!

Be sure to check your email in the next few days because we will send out a survey before the end of the week where you will pick your favorite pin designs, confirm your pledge, and pay for shipping costs. Still trying to decide on which one? No worries, the survey will also allow you to upgrade your pin package to get the entire set of exclusive pins for your collection!

There are a few next steps I wanted to share:
Expect an email letting you know your payment has been charged. If there are any issues with your payment we will notify you of the next steps.
We will need to collect some additional info such as your pin selections and shipping information before we send rewards. In the coming weeks, we will send you a survey to collect that information.
Since all Pintopia projects were 100% funded, you will be getting a FREE Pintopia 2023 pin from BackerKit. And if you backed 3+ pins you’ve earned some additional pins. Stay tuned for more information from BackerKit about how you will receive those pins.

Am I the only one who hasn't received their pin(s) yet? I've received all the other pins from Pintopia 2023 that I ordered... What's going on with this project? Any updates would be appreciated!
