Hey there! Just a quick update to let everyone know Genderqueer is now avaliable as an option when selecting your pledge items in the main survey.
Thank you so much to everyone who reached out to let me know it wasn't avaliable as an option! I didn't realize Backerkit wouldn't add it as a pledge question option when I updated the add on, ahaha... It's fixed now!

Surveys are NOW LIVE! Thank you to all of you who have already filled them out! More than half of you have already submitted your surveys, and I seriously appreciate it!
Surveys will be due on April 12th! As I mentioned previously, this campaign has a much tighter turnaround time than my normal campaigns as I want you guys to get your stuff by Pride month. So, please fill out the survey as soon as possible! There are around 40 of you who still need to fill it out!

I've gone ahead and added Genderqueer as an option for both the pins and phone charms. If you've already filled out the survey, you can go back and edit your survey still if you'd like to add one!

And finally, for next year's Pintopia, I'm doing a sequel to this year's Pintopia campaign, 64 Bit Memories. That campaign was centered around N64 games, and I polled my backers there to see what they would like to see as a sequel. Once again, thanks so much for voting in the poll! It ended up being a REAL nailbiter... so much so, we ended IN A TIE!
Because of that, I'm going to do ONE MORE poll to decided our FINAL winner! This poll is between the Progress and Queer pride flags! Both are excellent choices, so I'm excited to see what y'all's final verdict is! I will be announcing the winner on Wednesday!
Now, with that said, I also have a reveal for a few new designs from our wonderful sponsors! I showed off the Poly design in the last update, and let you all know the disability flag was on the way. We got two more sponsors over the weekend as well! So, we now have Poly, Disability, Genderfluid and Omnisexual flags avaliable!
We've still got til the 26th for this campaign, so I'm excited to see just how much we're able to grow the campaign over the following weeks! It really means the world to me to be able to get so much support on this!
On a more personal note, I thought I'd talk about my own journey wtih gender and sexuality, alongside my husband. Since you're supporting us, I thought it would be good to let you all know about our own experiences!
I grew up in a very conservative town, and it wasn't until I moved out I was able to come to terms with being Bi (despite there being rumors about it in high school, which I denied because "I have a boyfriend!" LOL). My gender journey also started during high school, and while I once felt closely aligned with genderfluid, nowadays Demigirl is what really hits home for me. Most of the time, you'll see me call myself a cis woman (as I am AFAB), but I've always had a hard time connecting with womanhood in the traditional sense. I don't use the label often, but it's nice to have a word to better explain myself.
My husband VERY recently found the label that makes the most sense for him gender wise, which is Agender! This wasn't at all a shock to me -- he's always been a bit of an enigma gender wise, lol. We have frequently joked that his gender is "whatever fits the current bit". I'm planning on snagging some pins from other campaigns for him to celebrate, and if I have the opportunity, I may add it here (and if not, it's on the shortlist for a sequel campaign!)

I hope your Wednesday has been going well so far. Thank you all again for the support so far on this project! We have well exceeded the initial goals, and I'm incredibly thrilled and honored you all like my designs!
There were almost 40 votes submitted to the Google Form from yesterday. To everyone who submitted a response, thanks so much! I learned about some flags I'd never heard of yesterday, which was really fun.
With the data from that form, I was able to narrow us down to 5 potential candidates for our Backer Voted pin! They are...
Demisexual, Aromantic, Intersex, Progress (Intersex Inclusive) and Queer!
The poll is NOW OPEN and is avaliable to all backers! It's attatched to this update for easy access as well.
Now, there were two other flags that got mentioned a LOT in the Google Form... And lucky for you all, two wonderful backers had already sponsored them before the form even opened! They are the Polyamorous and Disability pride flags!
One design has already been approved by the backer who sponsored it, so here's the Poly Pride Ball!
I'm awaiting approval to share the Disability Pride Ball. I look forward to sharing it with you all soon, especially after seeing it requested in the form and the comments!
With these two additions (and the TBD Backer Voted pin) we are at 12 total designs for this campaign, which is super exciting. One might even say... super effective... ahahahaha I'm so funny
