As I was teaching a tarot class last night, I unexpectedly went off my regular intro and just looked at this large group of people getting into the world of tarot. I came out and said, "I'm so grateful you're here, what the world needs right now is more readers. Now more than ever. I'm grateful you're here." And I believe that to my core. Tarot is a magical tool that is designed to help, inspire, and heal us.
When I get a sudden inspiration to create a deck, it flows through me. I feel like it needs to get out there. The Butterfly Tarot needed to be made. And, like all of my decks, I include ways to raise awareness for the conservation and education of our most important natural resource, the pollinators.
You will see that two of the pledges offer an opportunity to give to The Xerces Society. If you haven't visited the website, it's worth taking a look!
