I was so excited for this campaign and I know there have been a lot of hardships and issues, but it has been awful having full radio silence. I understand if there’s been issues or if you have other things going on, but we really just need some semblance of proof of life with this campaign. I hope you are doing as okay as you can be. Please just give us an iota of hope.

It’s now been a month since I posted my request for a refund, theres been no response from the creator in any way. This project has gone another month with no update, over four months now. while I didn’t back it I’d also like to acknowledge decadent orchard has also gone another month without an update. Totaling to over 8 months with no update there. To say this is unacceptable is an understatement. The creator responded to comments on the first foxwright apothecary about a month ago so at least theres evidence they’re likely alive. I’m glad there’s some communication happening somewhere, but where it’s lacking is still incredibly concerning. Because of this extreme lack of communication I won’t EVER be backing a project of theirs again, I sincerely hope they improve their communication efforts in the future even if it’s really simple updates like “pins are still in progress, no manu photos yet” even if it’s pretty much the same every month until photos come in thats better than nothing. Or “still working slowly on fulfilling my previous campaign, will be working on this one soon” again better than nothing and tells us they’re alive and working on things. Radio silence tells us nothing and makes a whole lot of people worry about getting scammed

I’d like a refund for my pledge and add ons from this campaign, I couldn’t care less about how long it’s taken. I’ve had plenty campaigns experience large delays. The reason I want a refund is your SERIOUS lack of communication on this project and others, the previous foxwright apothecary had fairly a recent update. however theres been no update here for three almost four months, decadent orchard has sat in silence for over half a year. According to a comment a month ago you still have not delivered the custom ghosties from tastefully spooky restock. Even with some people reporting receiving their items, when there’s so little communication I don’t feel like I’m going to get what I paid for and honestly I don’t even want it anymore because of said lack of communication.

I was so very excited for your dragon skull pin and specially that collab dragon pin but 3 beyond fully funded but not delivered projects and silence on all of them.
