Shipping fees and USA tariff fees will be calculated and charged when the campaign ends. Either during surveys or later when we're ready to ship rewards. This helps us have accurate shipping without under/over charging you~
Mid/Late Sept: Funds are released and surveys sent out
October: Production order placed with manufacturer
November: Mass production
February 2027: quality checking/prepping

PRODUCTION ☆ Slight adjustments to designs/colors may be made to meet manufacturing needs. ☆ Chance of manufacturing defects. Since these are handmade, this leaves room for human error. We do our best to give backers A grades from each batch! ☆ If there is a large error with one of the designs, we would need to remake them, resulting in delivery delays. If there needs to be remakes, this will always be communicated through updates.

SHIPPING ☆ Backers outside of Canada will be responsible for any Customs Duties/tariffs or applicable tax. ☆ Please expect some delivery delays due to current world events. ☆ KIRASELIXIR is not responsible for any lost packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking numbers.
FULFILLMENT PROCESS ☆ Chance of delay in fulfillment process due to high demand. Sometimes estimates become longer, which is why they are all estimates! If the project receives a lot of backers, that means there's a lot of pins to grade, pack and ship. Please understand that there is only 1 person packaging <3
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ☆ Refunds, returns and cancellations are not accepted after the campaign has ended. ***If you do not fill out your survey within 3 months after it's sent, your pledge will be assumed as a donation and collected as such. Refunds are not available. We always post many updates for survey reminders and other important topics, so please keep an eye on your email!
***If you do not receive your package due to incorrect shipping info you provided, or possible theft/loss, we're unable to help you with reshipments/refunds. We're unable to refund/replace packages marked as delivered to your address. We're not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly- please check your address inputs carefully!! You'll have time to change your address through your survey up until we're ready to start shipping rewards. We always send out updates for address checks before shipping. Once the final call for address checks has been sent out, you will no longer be able to change your shipping info, and it will be fulfilled with the most up to date info you provided.
