Hello everyone! This is a quick update to let backers know that I have initiated smoke test surveys.
I'll be initiating full surveys on April 10th! Here is a copy/paste from the previous update..
It is imperative that you fill this survey out as soon as you receive yours. To completion. In its entirety. Failure to do so means I cannot count your order or process it. ⚠Note:Pay over time backers are unable to be issued or fill out their surveys until their balance is paid in full. Please do your best to pay your balance off as soon as possible so I can issue your survey!
"How do I know if I've filled out my survey completely?"-- You'll need to add your payment information and click "Submit". If you have not received a 'confirmation email' showing you've filled out your survey, then it's a safe bet that you haven't filled it out to completion. "Why do you need my payment information again? I've already paid!"-- The payment information is so I can have it on file for processing shipping fees closer to fulfillment as well as so I can process charges for any additional items you decide to add last minute. Payment information can be updated at any time. Shipping addresses are not locked until we start processing shipping fees, so if you also plan on moving, just put your current address and closer to fulfillment time I will be prompting backers to double check their information (and backerkit will also notify you and prompt you as well!) Shipping fees are estimated to be charged around September or so and I will be giving a heads up to backers before this happens so you can know what your shipping fees will be. USPS plans to have some adjustments to their rates, so while I cannot give a guaranteed 'price chart' right now, I can give an estimate. For USA backers, the rates are estimated to be flat rate of around $8-9. For International backers, I use Asendia Simple Economy rates, which starts at around $18USD (CA), upwards to $26-28USD (AU). These are just a broad spectrum estimate of the rates however, and the final cost will vary.
"I qualified for the free dust bag but I do not see it in my backerkit pledge!" -- This is normal. This is because these items are manually added to your order via Pledge Manager. This manual adjustment to pledges does not carry over to your original backerkit pledge.
I will be locking any open surveys that are filled out on April 17th and beyond. Any additional add-ons you have added will be charged at that time/after that time, please bare that in mind when you finish your survey! (Note: This is only for last-minute items you added during the survey process. The items from your initial pledge have already been charged!) Any last minute add ons that have failed payments or no payment method added will be removed if payment is unsuccessful after April 28th.

The campaign has officially ended, and with our capacity reached! Here are important next steps for backers to know.
First things first: Failed pledges.
We have an estimated 60 or so failed pledges. Please do your best to remedy those payment methods as soon as possible so you do not lose your spot in the campaign. The deadline for remedying your payment method is April 14th. Failed payments that are not fixed may be cancelled and you will forfeit any freebies unlocked during the campaign. At this time I do not foresee opening up preorders or backup spots for those who may want to take the place of dropped backers. There is no pre-order store being opened for this campaign. For those who are wanting to order any of the Noops from this campaign, please stay tuned and follow me on Instagram for the left overs drop date, which is still tentative, but is looking to be closer to October or so. If this changes, I will make updates along the way.
Next Thing: Backerkit surveys (pledge manager)
I am working on getting pledge manager up and running and preparing surveys for backers to fill out. For those who are new to Backerkit/crowdfunding in general, this is extremely important because this is how creators collect the necessary information to be able to process your "pledge" as an official "Order". During this survey you will be prompted to fill out shipping information and confirm your final order details including a last chance to add on any additional goodies from the campaign. I will make a campaign update to let backers know when theirs should be issued, which I estimate to be in around 1-2 weeks or so (pending clearance from the Backerkit team!)

I am working on getting updated and revised samples for Spoopy Noopy & Galaxy Nu. Once I get them, I will share them with you all! I anticipate to have these photos towards the end of April.

At the time of writing this update, we have reached our threshold of 500 backers. This is a huge, HUGE milestone for Noopy and myself, and I just cannot express it enough: Thank you. Thank you for enjoying Noopy, whether you're new here, or have been with us since the beginning.
If you are a follower wanting to know how you can preorder Noopy, your next chance to order him will be in our future left overs drop which currently I estimate to be around October.
This next segment is very important, so please keep it nearby if you need to read it later.
This campaign is set to end March 31st at 10AM CST. Once ended, Backerkit will begin processing all payment methods (Stripe is their payment processor). You are only being charged for the items you pledged for. Shipping fees will be collected at a later time.
If your payment method fails: you will have 14 days to remedy it.
If you elected for pay-over-time: Your first payment will be charged.
Around April 10th-15th I will be issuing what is called a Pledge Manager Survey. This is how I gather your final shipping details so I can process and ship your order.⚠ It is imperative that you fill this survey out to completion once it's issued. I cannot process or ship your order until you do. Additionally, backers who do not fully fill out their surveys by the deadline announced will risk having their items forfeit and pledge considered a donation.

I estimate to initiate the first wave of surveys around/by April 13th or so. This greatly depends on how many backer payments fail.
Shipping Rates will be announced around September or sooner if Noops arrive ahead of schedule. The reason I cannot provide the chart now is because USPS has upcoming rate changes planned in June and possibly August. To help ensure I can provide the most accurate/up to date rates, I need to wait until closer to fulfillment time. I will be back in touch with updates on when the pledge manager surveys go out! and from there, I will be working on updated samples and confirming all materials and getting the Noops ready for production!
Oh, and to update backers who were curious about Hoshi's bow: I have confirmed with the Collaboration partner they are okay with Hoshi having his Bow! Hooray!!!
After reviewing the poll votes, Sweetie Nu was ahead by a significant margin and with the votes slowing down, I have made a judgment call to close the poll earlier than scheduled. If your vote did not win, please do not worry! This gives me a good idea on who to prioritize for the next rotation of restocks in the future!

A special note about Sweetie: She is $26 during this campaign, but post-campaign she will be $28! This is still the best way to preorder and get her at a great price. I hope you will support her!

This is a quick update to let backers know that because we've surpassed over $20k in funding, I will be ordering a new special dust bag for this campaign.
