Our BackerKit campaign has officially come to a close, and while we didn’t reach our full goal of $8,000, we are deeply grateful for the support that brought us to just over $500. Unfortunately, due to BackerKit’s policy, we were unable to keep any of those funds—but your belief in this project still means everything to us.

For those who still want to support the film, we’ve launched a GoFundMe to continue moving forward. The first phase of funding will go directly toward preparing our leads, including martial arts training, dialect coaching, and necessary travel expenses. From there, we’ll be working toward convention appearances to build visibility for the project and connect with the community.

Any additional funds raised will help bring the world to life through costumes, set pieces, and ultimately, production.

Thank you to everyone who supported, shared, and believed in this campaign. This is not the end—it’s just a different path forward. We’re committed to bringing this story and its characters to life, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon.

GoFundMe: Our 

Hey all! The promo video for the film we made back in September of 2025 is releasing to the public on Friday! We have an extended edition that we will make available to the backers who get the Digital Art Pack add-on to any tier level upon a successful campaign. It is over 6 minutes long. Thank you all for following along and helping to support indie film.

We just wrapped our first (of many) online rehearsals for the feature. It was an incredible experience, and very surreal. I will be editing out some small clips and sharing them with backers this weekend. We have two more planned this week. So you will get at least 3-5 glimpses into Amalia!

Tomorrow is my birthday! A few of the cast and crew from the film and series will be on live through The Amalia Chronicles Instagram account. Come learn more about the world, meet some of the minds behind the project, and see other works we have done or are currently doing.

We’re excited to share a new milestone on Amalia!

First, the script is officially complete. This is a huge step forward for the film, and it’s been incredible watching the story come fully to life on the page.

At the same time, we’re finalizing the three companion novels connected to the world of Amalia. These books expand the story and deepen the journey, giving readers an even richer look into the characters and the events surrounding them.

We’re also beginning to release character introductions so you can start exploring the world through the eyes of the people who live in it. These glimpses will help you get to know the characters, their perspectives, and the paths that connect them.

And one more exciting step: online rehearsals for the film are about to begin. As we move into rehearsals, we’ll be fine-tuning performances and preparing to bring these characters from the page to the screen.
