I'm so grateful for everyone's support and i'm just so amazed still! It was really daunting for me to move crowdfunding platforms but the support from everyone has just been so amazing so far! I've added a couple new goals for us to hit! (Which while writting this, one has already been crushed) I will be working on new tiers for additional pin designs too! I hope everyone will look forward to them! ❤
Hello everyone! Finally our big update :) All backer rewards (That have submitted their orders before the fulfillment deadline) have been sent out! Thank you so much for your patience as we ironed out our issues with our pins and I apologize for the long wait!
Please take note that due to being sent out during holiday season, delivery may be slower than usual. Please take note of your tracking numbers and keep an eye out for your parcels. (Some places have been known to have parcel thieves.) As stated in our terms, we are not liable for any lost or missing parcels as it is out of our control! Tracking does not include insurance.
Late surveys and order confirmations that did not make it for the initial fulfillment deadline, will be fulfilled next week! Addresses and orders will be locked in 2 days from this post. Do also note that they will be subjected to item/ size availability and you will be contacted directly if there is none available.
I would also like to thank everyone again for your patience and support during this campaign!! I'm always so grateful to those who always support my projects and new supporters who appreciate the designs I put out. It truly means the world to me to be able to share and do what I love :') I hope everyone's items arrive safely and soon! Thank you again for all your support and see you in the next project!! ♥♥
We are 70% done with fulfillments as of today!! Our pins have arrived and we want to go the extra mile to make sure our items are all up to standard before posting them out! We want to ensure that all backers recieve a good standard grade pin! Unfortunately, that means that we are missing a few designs that were not up to our standards. :( If you have not recieved your tracking details, that means one of the designs you have still requires a remake! We are currently working with our manufacturer to solve this issue and get the items shipped to us ASAP! I apologize for any inconvinience this delay may cause, and we will do our best to post them out as soon as we get our hands on the new batch!
For any late surveys that have recently been completed after the deadline, we will be going through them once all current fulfillments are completed. :)

October is here, the month of spook! Here's another quick update from us and how our fulfillments are getting along. We have now sent out most orders white Plushies + hoodies! yay! That's almost 50%!
Do note that due to the recent Hurrican Helen, postal services in the USA may be delayed! Thank you for your understanding. I hope that everyone is safe and sound during this weather phenomenon and I hope your parcels arrive soon!
Additionally, due to manufacturers taking a 1 week national holiday in the month of October, pins will also be slightly delayed. They are working on finishing up the reworked batch, so I am hopeful that we will be receiving them after they return from their holidays! Shipping to me will take about another week, but after which, we should be good to go on fulfilling pin orders as well!

Time for a quick update!♥ Currently, I am working on sending out all plushie and hoodies only packages. :) Those who have backed for 2 XL hoodies and more than 2 hoodies, will have their packages sent in separate parcels! This is due to our mails being charged by weight. You will receieve one tracking via email, while the other tracking number(s) will be located in your backerkit public notes! (You may access your public note via backerkit icon> your pledges and survey > Kitty and Bunny Pins and Apparel Collection) Please keep a look out for them! There have been issues before with stolen packages and we are not liable for any stolen or missing packages once it has left our hands!
Pins are currently being remade and will be on their way to me by the end of this week! So the remaining parcels should be sent out by October!
Please note that this is also the LAST CHANCE for anyone who has not completed their surveys or have issues with their card charges. Once fulfillment is completed, all left over stock will be up for grabs on my online store! (We may not have enough to fulfill your order after.)
