Fulfillment Progress:

• Postage: All of it was purchased, and tracking notifications were sent. 
• If you are waiting for a custom or a Jumbo Eclipse those tracking numbers will be valid, but your package is not shipping until it can be completely filled. The labels have been put somewhere safe!

• Packing: Single dragon orders are all packed, full set orders are half staged and half packed, orders with unique combinations of dragons are printed and being staged, pick-ups are continuing to happen daily Mon-Sat.
• For context, a staged package is almost entirely packed, it just needs to have the standard size dragons put in and the package sealed up.
• I am indeed encountering that bottleneck with pick-up sizes that I warned about! Especially with the full set packages as they are big. I'll see what I can do to get through the backlog throughout the week.

• Shipping: Our pick-up box is full for Monday!
• Backerkit's system currently recognizes 109 out of 251 packages shipped. We're a fair bit ahead of that now though! Double that easily. It's that bottleneck mentioned above skewing the numbers since we have a bunch of packages just sitting and waiting their turn.
• 87 packages have been delivered! So many dragons have gotten to their new homes!
• Packages don't show up as shipped in Backerkit's postage system until they are scanned. I ship via USPS pick-up, so scanning is always next day.

• Current hold-ups: Things are going pretty smoothly other than the jumbo Eclipse issue! There are some packages being affected by other delays. Specifically:
• Blue dragon scent - I have fulfilled most of these but ran out. I currently have more satchets curing. It was more popular than I anticipated!
• LF Tia Stickers - I have run completely out of these, and unfortunately my replacement order came in as all the wrong kind of holo! I ordered more. If you have one of these stickers and your package is still pre-transit fulfillment is waiting on them.
• Jumbo Eclipse: I've gotten no news in a week on setting up a UPS pick-up to return the defective ones or an update on manufacturing the new ones. I'm going to have to give them a poke and find out what's up. I'll share that news at the next round-up, which should be our final one!

At this time, the upcoming week is expected to be the last week of normal shipping!! 

• Nothing moved Thursday. My chicken daughter BJ got egg bound. Egg binding is extremely life threatening in all cases if not taken care of immediately, so everything went on hold while I was in crisis mode. She's ok now though!
• Packages have sat on pre-transit. I barely consider this a bump though, since I spent all that time staging orders to speed things up using everything I learned during the first week. I'm happy to invest time now to save it for everyone else later!

So what's next project-wise?

Coming up in January I'll be running another campaign, this time for plush bags and some other things! I'll be collaborating with an amazing creator as well, and their campaign is likely to be very up your alley, so I hope to see you there when launch hits!
