Hi all,

We had a Backerkit glitch where the Foundry codes for the Triple Treasury Bundle were sent out as a "raw file" instead of as a "code bank." In other words, everyone got the entire list of codes, with no indication of which was for which person. The code bank is supposed to send out one code to each person.

I got in touch with the Foundry folks and they said the easiest fix is that we are simply going to batch revoke the first batch of codes, and I've just set up a new Code Bank download for everyone to get their own individual code. If you backed for the Triple Treasury Bundle, head over to your Backerkit account and grab your new codes (there should be one for Treasury of the Fleet and a second one for the combo module of Legendary Treasury #1: City and Winter. Your old codes will no longer be valid.

Sorry for the mix-up and hope everything goes smoothly with the new ones!

We've been working with our VTT providers to get all of our required product keys ready and have now uploaded the final batch of those to your Backerkit account! This includes:

Anyone waiting for those VTT modules can log into your Backerkit account and download and activate them!

We still have 29 people who have not completed their surveys, so please do so ASAP so you can get your rewards!

I shipped out half a dozen boxes of Legendary Loot Cards yesterday and look forward to receiving the copies I ordered of Hoard Monsters to bundle up with the cards and Ultimate Treasury books to get on their way to the last batch of pledges!

Quick update time!
1. Printer Orders: We got most of the rest of our print orders sent off, with packages submitted for
Detzler, Echo, Lyde, Walklate, Sykes, Schneck, Simons, Walkup, Rieck, Stalljohann, Jacobson, Posthumus, Cornelis, Mayenfels, King, Doetsch, Barrett, Woods, Nieuwets, Harving, Tonks, Long, Mei, Backer, T. Johnson, LaBianca, and Lanham.

2. International Packages: For some of our international backers, your items will come in separate packages (it's just the way the shipping ends up working out best), with Hoard Monsters en route from the printer and Ultimate Treasury and Legendary Loot Cards (for those receiving them) coming from here.

3. Domestic Packages with Cards: Likewise, USA backers getting just Hoard Monsters and Legendary Loot will receive them in separate packages. For USA backers getting Legendary Loot Cards and the Ultimate Treasury together with their Hoard Monsters, I've placed an order to get a small batch of those books sent to me directly and those will go out all in one box as a cubic rate shipment. I've got a half dozen packages to drop off today, and after that I just need to wait for those copies of Hoard Monsters to arrive so I can send out the 18 packages I've got queued up and ready!

4. Glitch with the Ultimate $99 Bundle: Apparently this got missed in the Smoke Test, but for people who backed at this level, the system was only assigning you the card decks and neither the Hoard Monsters nor Ultimate Treasury PDF or books. I went into the system and manually added those items to every backer who was missing them, so you can download them now and they'll be in your shipment when it goes out. This usually led to an increase in shipping (as it also was not counting the item weight for those in calculating shipping), so some folks ended up with an adjustment to their shipping charges. 

4. VTT Codes: Foundry VTT codes banks have been uploaded for both 5E and PF2, and we've emailed Roll20 to have them send out codes for that VTT for people who backed on it!

5. Drivethru Downloads? I got a message from a backer noting that downloads hadn't been sent out through DrivethruRPG. We ran into a technical glitch where we couldn't sync up our survey to Drivethru, so I just fast-tracked our Backerkit survey and uploaded all of the electronic files to Backerkit instead. You can download your files there. If you have a pressing need for your files to be on DrivethruRPG specifically, let me know!

6. Missing Surveys: We still have 35 people who haven't turned in their surveys, so please reply at your earliest convenience!

We're delighted to be nearly finished with fulfillment already and hope you love everything Hoard Monsters has coming your way!

I should be able to get most of the rest done by tomorrow for the orders to the printer, and then I'll start queueing up the orders I'm shipping directly from here for Legendary Loot Cards and/or Ultimate Treasury! 

VTT keys are not up yet but they're next on my list after getting the print orders submitted. Usually it takes about a week or so between when I submit the order and it gets printed, and up to a week after that before it arrives to you, but hopefully by the first week or two of April you should have your books hitting your mailbox!
