We continue to get orders for this amazing deck! It has been so fun to see those orders coming in regularly. If you are following and want to get in an order, we will be solidifying the order for these beautiful decks in July. So, go late pledge soon:)

Tariffs seem to have settled down at 30% for US backers. We believe we can just obsorb that expense with the funds we raised. So, with a 90 day window, we are moving forward quickly! Brielle is working on a card back updates, and we have selected a manufacturer. We are sending files this week to get a digital sample and will have pictures of that hopefully in the next week or two. 

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Sorry for such a long delay on an update!

THE GREAT NEWS! We are updating the back of the cards, and Brielle is working on a unique fox sticker that will be added to each deck box! I am really excited to show off this art. Look for it next week sometime. 

Also, many companies have reached out about Foxy deck asking to work on it, and potentially carry it in their product lines! SO COOL! We are also working on a follow up deck of cards to release in the future:)

TARIFFS ARE NOT GREAT NEWS: Tariffs are the concern on many peoples minds. Same here. We have gotten some really wonderful estimates from China. However, due to 145% Chinese tariffs I have spent the past few weeks obtaining some manufacturing estimates from companies in Europe, Singapore, Taiwan, and Brazil. 

Due to pretty much every creator in the world also seeking estimates from these few manufacturers that can create products at the quality that we are looking for its taken a lot longer than expected. They are being bombarded with requests.

Quotes out of China are not nearly as good price wise, but are good options considering the high tariff.

We have not yet selected our manufacturing partner due to us waiting to receive 2 more estimates. 

THE GOOD NEWS: We are still on track to get these made and shipped to Backers this year. 

I have personally worked with manufacturing on 6 games, and have quite a bit of experience bringing a product to reality. We have the cash to get this created. I have heard from several Chinese manufacturers that they expect the tariffs to drop much lower in the next few weeks which would really allow us to move forward quickly.
