Another Canadian Backer - package is "currently undergoing customs clearance" since Nov 2025

Just saw another Canadian backer with the same issue. It had totally escaped me that it's been so long since I got the shipping email but never received my deck - a check of my shipping tracker says that "The package is currently undergoing customs clearance" since Nov 24, 2025. Can this be addressed with either an actual shipment update or correction by re-issuance?

Canadian Backer - Still no package or update

It has been 2 months since I was told there would be a replacement sent out sometime, and I have not received no tracking information, update or timeline to when that will be happening.

For the rest of you, your stuff Is either delivered or in the mail! Yay!

Project Update: Foxy Deck is currently being Freighted to the US

Hey everyone, just a quick update. Foxy Deck fulfillment will begin as soon as our pallet of product reaches America! Our freight company took possession of it about a month ago, and it should be arriving later this month or early December.

We used a Chinese fulfillment company to fulfill the rest of the world's orders (which accounted for about 15% of our backers.)

Can't wait to see what you all think!
