Hi — I just want to make sure i understand the drive thru rpg POD only tier. Do the codes give us the access rights to place an order for each of the books, then both the cost and the shipping are paid in addition to the pledge level? Is there any estimate on how much each book costs for the printing portion @ drive thru rpg? Thanks!
