Over the last few weeks we have been moving stock around the world and I am pleased to be able to write our first fulfilment update!
Digital Files - These are all complete and are in your Backerkit Surveys under the Digital Downloads tab. The links will take you to DrivethruRPG and add the files to your DrivethruRPG Library automatically.
UK, EU, CA and rest of World Fulfilment - The shipment is due with the warehouse in around 2-3 weeks, so we expect to see orders going out mid to late February. We are using Spiral Galaxy in the UK as our fulfilment agent and your tracking will be emailed to you when packages are on the way!
US - Shipment is due with the warehouse in about 10 days so likewise we expect to see orders going out mid to late February. We are using our warehouse in Atlanta, US to fulfil to US backers and your tracking email will come from the courier direct.

On December 18th we will be locking addresses on your pledge manager surveys.
After this you will not be able to change your address in the Backerkit survey (if you do have an unexpected change you can still message me store @ lokeltd.co.uk and I will be able to change it manually).
This is so I can pass your addresses and orders through to our warehouses so we can book in and prepare for getting all the orders out ASAP. It is a busy time for our warehouses so we're getting everything shared early so we can plan the project in.
If you have not already done so please complete your pledge manager survey. I will be locking and charging cards every 2 weeks until we ship to try and capture everyone.
Production remains on schedule and we look forwards to getting you your rewards!

This is an important update confirming that we will be locking your Backerkit Pledge Manager Surveys and charging the cards on file on NOVEMBER 30.
This means that you won't be able to make any changes to your pledge order or add-ons so I can confirm required numbers for shipping.
You will still be able to update your address details until I lock addresses in December. This is because I need to share your data with my warehouses to book the project in for fulfilment.
Thank you to everyone who has completed their pledge manager survey! We still have about 200 people who have not yet completed their survey, and we do need you to do this so we can gather your address details.
If you are not ready to complete your survey and pay for shipping then you do have some options. This can be a very busy time of year and extra expenses can be challenging. Simply leave your survey incomplete, or leave blank the payment details. Then when you are ready you can complete the survey. What this will mean is that your order will not be passed to the warehouse until the survey is complete and your card charged. Depending on when you do this you may find some of the extra purchases in the survey are no longer available, although I guarantee that everyone will have stock available for their pledge items (assuming the survey is completed in a reasonable timeframe). Shipping your items will then happen after the first wave of pledges go out, although I will try and keep any delay receiving your rewards to a minimum.

And finally we have a Kickstarter Project live at the moment for our newest RPG Battle Mats! If you love a dungeon map but not the drawing then this ones for you!
We are due to lock orders and charge your cards in just under 2 weeks.
And our exciting update is that we will have finished printing at the end of this month, and stock will be leaving our factory to make its way to our fulfilment warehouses! We are thrilled with how everything is looking, and we hope these cards bring as much joy and fun to your tables as they have brought to ours!

We expect the shipments to arrive with the warehouses in January (we are working around Christmas and New Year holidays which will add a few days, and for the UK the transit time is still longer as the Suez remains closed).
Our UK Warehouse will be fulfilling orders for the UK, EU, Canada and rest of world. US backers will be receiving their rewards from our US warehouse in Atlanta.
Please make sure you complete your survey ASAP, and for those of you who have followed our project but not yet backed this is your moment :)

And Finally Our Kickstarter for our new map books is live Now! The Dungeon Reignited is a set of RPG Battle Maps that mean you spend less time drawing maps and more time adventuring!
Attention Adventurers! The Pledge Manager is coming!
We have been working on the pledge manager which we will be sending out later this week.
This is where we collect your address details and charge shipping for those of you receiving physical rewards, and it is where we will share the files for your digital rewards.
Digital reward links will appear in the "Digital Rewards" tab, and each will be a link to the digital rewards. We are using DrivethruRPG to distribute the digital rewards, so each link will add the files to your DrivethruRPG library where you can download them at your leisure.
You will need a DrivethruRPG account, you will be prompted to open one if you don't have one already.
Each link will work once, if you see the error "exceeded maximum uses" this usually means the files are already in your DrivethruRPG library so please check there for them.
Roll20 rewards will also be distributed via DriveThruRPG, you will be asked to enter the email of your Roll20 account to add to your Roll20 library.
