Project Update: US shipping soon!
Hey everyone!
After many shipping delays, inventory has finally arrived at the US fulfillment center! Some of it was damaged, but nowhere near enough to impact fulfillment. I'm told orders might start going out as soon as tomorrow, so keep your eyes peeled for tracking info over the next couple of weeks as they work through your pledges!
I'll also put in the order soon to get replacement copies sent to the UK fulfillment center for European backers to keep delays over there to a minimum.

Fulfillment Reminders
I mentioned all this in a couple of previous updates, but since it's been a while, here are your reminders on how to handle damaged/missing items and to complete your survey and pay for shipping if you haven't already:
Dealing with Damaged or Missing Items
It's been a rare occurrence in the past, but if your package arrives with damaged or missing items, email me at [email protected]. I will also need photos of the packaging, and any damaged items or the full contents of the package if items are missing.
- North American/European Backers: If your package arrives damaged, or is missing, you have 30 days from the date that the package is marked as delivered to report damaged or missing items.
- Australian/New Zealand Backers: Due to the requirements of the fulfillment center I'm working with, you'll need to inform me within 6 days if your order is damaged or missing items so that they can be replaced by the fulfillment center at no cost.
Fill Out Surveys and Pay Shipping
If you're one of the few people that haven't yet filled out your survey or who have not yet paid shipping, you have 30 days from the time that fulfillment begins (for the Americas and RoW zones, that means September 27th) to get me your information and your payment to make sure that I can get you your pledge.

Foundry
Oh, and I wanted to include another update on the Foundry module while I'm at it. Over the weekend we got most of the rest of the module finished up, but the person handling the conversion got sick on Monday so that's added a couple more days to the completion schedule. There are a few "items" left to be imported and finalized (titles, trainings, and pacts), but otherwise we're just putting the final touches on the journal appearance so it looks like the PDF with all the same (or similar where license issues require) fonts and graphics. The Foundry version is updated to v13 (build 346). This update broke some links (e.g., for spells), so we're fixing those as well.
