Project Update: Shipping has officially begun!
We’re currently packing and dispatching orders, and while this is a very busy time of year for couriers, we’re hopeful that some deliveries will arrive before Christmas.
Thank you so much for backing this project, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Tavern and we truly appreciate your support and patience. It’s incredibly exciting to see rewards finally making their way to you.
Heliana’s Guide Handouts – Refunds Being Issued
Now that packing is underway, we’ve made an unfortunate discovery. We’re really sorry to share that due to a logistical error, we don’t have any physical Heliana’s Guide Handouts available to ship.
Because of this, we won’t be able to deliver the physical handouts as planned. We know this is disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. This affects all backers who ordered the Heliana’s Bundle.
What happens next:
- A refund for the Heliana’s Guide Handouts will be issued back to your original payment method.
- You will still have full access to the digital version, which remains unchanged and available to you.
Refunds will be processed automatically, and you should see the funds returned to your account shortly (timing depends on your payment provider).
Thank you for your understanding and continued support, we really appreciate it. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
