The production of these pieces took way longer than expected and usual but it was worth it. It was our 1st time using backerkit so we learnt a lot with this project and thanks to you we could run a campaign as part of the Pintopia event !
Also it was our 1st time using the stained glass effect + the chrome plating on some of the variants so it added more risk of flaws and so remake batches but it was worth it, we are happy of the result and I'm personaly (Tix) so in love of the chrome plating !! 😍
All of this to say thank you for your trust, some of you already joined our last campaign during pintopia and few of you backed it throught the preorder store and this means a lot to have your support.
While the pins from the pintopia event are in production, we are already planning our next small collection for Halloween so stay tuned 👀

We received a first box of pins on wednesday : all moon lanterns variants + mini fire pins ! The rose lantern box didn't cross the border yet (national holiday here) so we are working hard on every package we can, I did a lot of jewels yesterday and this weekend Heko will be able to help me so we can finish more packages by the end of the weekend ✨
The last ones I still have to grade are the charms for the earrings before adding all the accessories for them.
Some of you can already see a tracking number in their survey but don't worries you will receive the official email only once I drop them so you know exactly when they go out 🥰 First batch will be dropped to the post office on monday !

We finally had internet back last week and our internet box fully operational since friday after almost 3 weeks ! 🥺🥳
We are so glad to see all the packages from the 1st batch of orders made it safely, we were also waiting on more updates about the tariff thing in the US as it changes almost everyday 🤪 (If you have questions about it we gave more informations in our previous update)
Over the weekend we talked a lot with our manu as she sent pictures of the new campaign pins (Pintopia) we learnt they had been an issue with one of the plating while we hadn't internet and that our manu is supposed to receive the remaining pins in her office this week to pack them and send us all the remaining pins together. 🤗
IMPORTANT NOTE : We unlocked the adress shipping for the remaining batch of orders so you have a last opportunity to change it as we are about to receive the pins ! As the email notice let only 48h before locking the adress we are waiting until the END OF THIS WEEK before locking them so we can start to prepare all the packages / labels and custom declaration !

Couldn't update before as we break down on the way home this weekend and were blocked at Tix's grandmother house without our belongings 😓

(Note that all US makers are rushing to get their pins finished and sent as soon as possible by may 2nd so these last weeks were pretty chaotic/slow for the rest of us in the factories so don't worries on the delay)
About the tariff we wanted to say that we are sorry than now US pin pals have to live this too, being based in the UE we have this tarrif fees since 2021 now but the on-going situation is preoccupying 😞
My manu has packed the remaining water lanterns + all the fire lanterns to ship it tomorrow to us so we expect to receive it in approximatively 1week after.
