Years ago, my sister and I met a street cat we named Poppy. She was feral at first but eventually trusted us, even taking walks together. She was my first cat & although our time together was short, she opened my heart to cats and animals like her.
Since then, strays have continued to find us, and we've done everything we can—providing food, shelter, TNR, vet care, and helping them get adopted. I like to think Poppy is still guiding them to us. Using funds from Magical Girl Bella, I hope to help as many animals as possible.
This is a tribute to Poppy and all our companions, guardians, and sidekicks. Their time may be short, but their impact lasts forever. Whenever I needed to be my best self, I imagined myself as a Magical Girl with a kawaii companion by my side. 💖🐾
