You may have already received notification from Backerkit, but
we will be locking addresses for shipping this weekend!
If you need to update your shipping address, now is the time to do so as we need to start getting the order details locked for our fulfillment warehouse. Our goal is to ship ASTER in December, ideally so you might have them by Christmas. (International orders may take a bit longer, but we'll have a better sense of that timetable once we have locked all of the information and gotten a schedule back from the warehouse.
If you need to update your address but aren't sure how, you can verify your current order address by logging into https://aster-of-pan-the-source-by-merwan.backerkit.com/. That is what we currently have on file and where your items will be going if we don't hear from you. (And if you follow that link to discover you haven't completed your survey, now is the time to do so! While we'll do our best to get late surveys fulfilled as they come in, we can't guarantee anything 90 days or more after this deadline...)

You may have already received an email notification from Backerkit earlier today, but if not, check your inboxes or check your Backerkit page directly. You will find all of the links and instructions on your personal Backerkit page (which you can access at https://aster-of-pan-the-source-by-merwan.backerkit.com/). Once logged in, you should see a big blue button in the middle of the page that says "Get Your Digital Downloads" -- click on that to see your personal links for each item ordered.
While the soundtrack, wallpapers, and sketchbook are stored directly on Backerkit, the books themselves are hosted by Gumroad -- you will have to follow the (simple) instructions to use your unique codes to download your files from Gumroad for free. 😊

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a good remainder of the summer -- we've been traveling a lot these past several weeks, first to San Diego Comic-Con (where we won an EISNER AWARD for our Dracula/Frankenstein slipcase design!), then to GenCon in Indianapolis... it was quite a whirlwind tour, and an exhausting one! Fortunately we didn't come back with COVID like too many people we know... but we did comeback to a package from the printer handling ASTER OF PAN: THE SOURCE, and it included a proof of the Slipcase Box!
It turned out great! Just check out these pix!
The spot gloss really POPS
The box has a textured cover, a bit like painted wood!
The above photo shows the sturdy cardboard filler that will help the empty boxes keep their shape (for those of you who ordered empty slipcases). These sturdy loops of board are a lot less complicated than styrofoam filler as originally described during the campaign -- they're cleaner, lighter, less expensive, and a LOT more environmentally friendly than styrofoam. These will do as good a job protecting the box shape as foam, trust us. 😎
We'll share more pix once we have some of the other items to show. The books are printing now, and we might have some advance copies in early September to show off. If everything goes as planned, we should hopefully have everything in mid/late-October so that we can start shipping in November! STAY TUNED!
