You will receive a notice from Backerkit, allowing you one more opportunity to update your address. After 48 hours, the address currently displayed on your Backerkit will be locked into the system. Our goal is to gather all the final shipping data for our fulfillment preparation next week. International backers, you should receive another address verification message a few weeks later, closer to when your regional hub is ready to forward your order.

We're getting ready to ship orders in the next several weeks, and wanted to update you on a few things. All of the extra VIP items are inbound, but some are taking a little more time than expected (particularly the coins)... we expect to have them by mid-October though, so that should be the last item to arrive before we're able to start shipping.
In the meantime...
We have distributed your digital files!
A few titles (specifically CARBON GREY) are hosted by DriveThruRPG. Those codes and files have been emailed separately, although you will still find the instructions in your Backerkit.
A handful of files are Direct Downloads hosted by Backerkit directly for download straight from your links page.
About the Tee Shirt Vouchers:
You can use your 7-digit code at checkout when purchasing a Tee from our Magnetic-Con'24 collection, which can be found here: https://store.magnetic-press.com/collections/magnetic-con-24
Simply select a tee of any design, color, or size and proceed to checkout. Enter your unique 7-digit code in the Discount Box, and the price of the shirt should be reduced to zero. (Note: You will still need to pay for shipping.) Your shirt will ship separately directly from Printful.
Note: the codes are single use and good for one shirt. You may transfer the code to a friend, but once it has been used, that's it.
Regarding TOPPI...
We have what will probably be disappointing news for four of you: our sales team didn't coordinate with our legal team to verify which titles we had digital rights to, and unfortunately, our publishing license to the TOPPI books does not include digital distribution. Mosquito specifically carved digital out of the agreement (for some reason). So those four of you who had digital TOPPI books in your order have already been refunded for those items. You should see that refund reflected back to your method of payment in 5-10 business days. Sorry about that! I'm not sure why they want to manage the digital publishing separate from the print publishing, but that's something we have no control over.
Everything else should be fine.

Happy Saturday (and a joyful start to a three-day weekend for those of you benefiting from the Labor Day holiday on Monday)! Just posting this quick update to let everyone know that we have initiated the Order Lock phase of the pledge manager this morning. That means that you will receive an email from Backerkit shortly letting you know that you have 48 hours to complete your survey or to modify your order before it is LOCKED.
That means that, in 48 hours, your order will be "locked" so that we can finalize item count for any remaining production so that we can fulfill orders in October. (Don't worry -- if you still need to make changes, we'll do our best to help you out before fulfillment begins.) Addresses will remain unlocked until the end of September, in case you aren't sure where you'll be when shipping begins. Addresses will be locked on September 30th. There will be another update and email notification about that at that time.
If you haven't completed your survey, or if you need the link to re-confirm your information, you can go to https://magnetic-con-24.backerkit.com/ and log in with your Backerkit-associated email address. If you have any trouble accessing your order, you can email us at [email protected] for assistance.
Thanks for another great year! We truly appreciate your support -- we live and breathe these books and games, and for a small team of 2, it can be a LOT to juggle successfully. We haven't dropped any balls so far...! And with the support of awesome folks like YOU, we don't plan on dropping any anytime soon. 😊

There area a TON of Addons at SUPER-DISCOUNTED PRICES available, so spend a little time going through what's there! We don't run very many sales, and this is without a doubt our biggest sale of the year. We probably won't slash prices like this until next year (and who knows what will even be left by then... we have to do some house cleaning, so this might be the last time some of these items are offered...!)
We will lock orders on August 31st and aim to ship all orders in early October.

Hope you had a great weekend! This is just a quick update to let you all know that the smoke test has begun!
If you're not familiar with the term as used here, the "smoke test" is a handful of surveys that have been sent to randomly selected backers to test the system and make sure there aren't any bugs or unclear questions that need answering. Usually, we'll wait until we have about 75% of them complete (or about 24 hours have passed without issue) before we send the rest of the surveys. So if you are one of those lucky few beta testers, please take a minute to answer your survey as soon as you can!
Assuming there are no hiccups, the rest of the surveys should go out tomorrow, and you'll all have access to our HUGE SALE SAVINGS! 😊

I received my package today, and am very disappointed. I am missing my ambassador card and only got 6 of the pogs. The books were not packaged securely and are almost all damaged. I'm just now seeing the t-shirt voucher, and seeing that we have to pay separate shipping on the shirt is also really not cool, especially considering everything else, because it basically makes the t-shirt an additional fee (and therefore not included in the $95 we paid for that tier, not including all of my add-ons plus the other shipping). Plus the only shirt I want doesn't even have my size (small) in either of the colors, so I haven't placed the shirt order yet. I just feel really disappointed in all of this. I recently got laid off without warning or severance, so the amount of money I spent on this order ($216, not including the $5 more I'll have to spend on the shirt shipping) feels astronomical right now, so seeing how everything was delivered just feels crushing.
