Hi, I was wondering if we were gonna get a new update on shipping etc…

Just to say that last Thursday, I received my loot pack and after carefully checking for everything, I didn’t receive my Ambassador card and t-shirt voucher. Please advise. Thank you!

I received my package today, and am very disappointed. I am missing my ambassador card and only got 6 of the pogs. The books were not packaged securely and are almost all damaged. I'm just now seeing the t-shirt voucher, and seeing that we have to pay separate shipping on the shirt is also really not cool, especially considering everything else, because it basically makes the t-shirt an additional fee (and therefore not included in the $95 we paid for that tier, not including all of my add-ons plus the other shipping). Plus the only shirt I want doesn't even have my size (small) in either of the colors, so I haven't placed the shirt order yet. I just feel really disappointed in all of this. I recently got laid off without warning or severance, so the amount of money I spent on this order ($216, not including the $5 more I'll have to spend on the shirt shipping) feels astronomical right now, so seeing how everything was delivered just feels crushing.

I finally got my package in the mail and everything looks great! However, when I opened the envelope that had the coin, book mark, and etc, I noticed that I was missing the individually numbered ambassador card.
