We hope you’re having a great weekend. It has been a very busy month, with a lot happening since we returned from France... we were surprised and thrilled to get a chance to have lunch with Tony while we were in Paris! The guy is a creative machine, with such cool new projects in the works...
I believe nearly everyone should have received your copies of DRAGONS or the other books from this campaign by now. The EU/UK order inventory arrived at Zatu last week, and they report that Address Verification messages were sent almost immediately. They reportedly started shipping on Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm sure they'll continue until they're all shipped (if they aren't already). We’ll get confirmed information from them on Monday, but if you haven’t already gotten your package in EU or UK, it is on its way soon! Some regional postal checkpoints might take a little longer than others, but everything should be sent by the end of this week, if not already.
If you’re not sure if you got an Address Verification message, it would have come from [email protected] with the subject line reading “Address Verification - Zatu / Magnetic Press”. The body of the message may have mentioned “your Banana Sioule order”, but rest assured, it was your order for THIS campaign. Zatu is fulfilling several campaigns for us at the same time, and they may have used the same message template without revising the project/order name.
If you can’t find that message, haven’t received a tracking message, or are wondering about receiving your order, please email [email protected]. They can track your order status with Zatu and help you out. Chances are, your package is just still on the way. 🙂
In the meantime, our new campaign for WORLDS BETWEEN WORLDS: THE GRAPHIC NOVELS OF JONATHAN NKONDO is live over on Kickstarter! It features an excellent set of books by an amazing animation director and artist who has worked on projects such as SCAVENGERS REIGN, LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS, LEAGUES OF LEGENDS, and most recently the new animated short film/music video “The Mountain, the Moon Cave, and the Sad God” by Gorillaz. Please check it out!
Whether or not you’re a fan of Gorillaz, you can’t deny the charm of hand-made 2D animation, and Jonathan’s creation of the “Moon Cave” sequence in the middle is a standout. As a sci-fi fan, I think you’ll really appreciate these books.

We wanted to update all international backers with the latest status update from the regional fulfillment warehouses. We were waiting for confirmation and estimates from them before reporting anything, and the holidays slowed down communication a bit...
As it stands, as of a few days ago:
Asia orders are underway, and were packed and put on consolidated shipping containers to their various regions this week. You should hear from your local delivery agents shortly!
Australia and New Zealand fulfillment is underway! Those shipments were likely completed this week (tho we'll get confirmation next week). You should receive tracking information from Aetherworks soon, if you haven't already.
EU and UK order inventory is on its way to Zatu for fulfillment, but it may take a couple of weeks for it to arrive there. FedEx and the FAA really caused a big delay with that inventory transfer, partially due to holiday congestion, but also fallout from the recent disaster with UPS. (The crash that killed 15 people in November -- even though the crash was a few months ago, and a different carrier, the FAA has grounded so many courier flights, it caused even more congestion and delays that they're still recovering from...) We expect everything to finally reach Zatu by the end of this month, and they will ship everything as quickly as they can once the items arrive. You should receive tracking information once the packages are sent.

We know that it can be frustrating to see fulfillment reach North American backers so much sooner... we try to coordinate everything to narrow the fulfillment delay around the world, but sometimes world events get in the way and out of our control... 😕 It's all coming very soon, though! If you missed the mention on the campaign page, every pledge includes a number of Ambassador Points equivalent to your final order total, as if it were a purchase from our webstore. These are unique reward points that can be collected and redeemed for discounts and rewards on our webstore, and a great way to support Magnetic Press further (while building up a collection of cool books and stuff in the process)!
If you are already a webstore customer and part of the program, just log into your webstore account (which should be under the same email address as your Kickstarter/Backerkit account). You should see those new points added to your balance under the heading "TONY SANDOVAL Campaign Points."
If you don't have an account on our webstore,your points have been tallied, but you will need to register for an account and then contact us to add them for you. 😊
You can use points for discount codes, gift cards, and occasionally for exclusivecollectible items that you can only get using points! It's a fun program and a great way to save on great Magnetic books!

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! We're excited to let you know that we have uploaded all of the digital files to Backerkit, and they are now in your Pledge Manager!
To get them, log into your Backerkit account at https://fantasy-dreams.backerkit.com/ where you will see a blue button in the middle of the screen that says "Get Your Digital Downloads."
From there, you should see a screen showing all of your available downloads. (You should only see what is actually included in your pledge, so if you believe you are missing something, let us know.)
Most of these titles aren't available digitally elsewhere (or they shouldn't be, at least).

The physical rewards should hopefully start shipping in the next few weeks!
