Thank you so much for your interest in my new set of sword pins, and a special thank you to everyone who has already backed! We were funded and then some on day on...
Just wanted to pop in to say that surveys are a little delayed but are almost done! I had back to back conventions and severely overestimated how much time I had in between shows to work on it. I just have to finish up the EU/UK survey and create questions for the early bird and returning backer incentives, then submit for review.
Once the surveys are approved, a smoke test will be sent out to a small amount of backers. 24 hours later, the rest of the surveys will be sent!
The pre order store will also be opened when the smoke test surveys get sent.
A reminder about the freebie Shiba Inu pin - all physical tier backers during the campaign will get one for free! If you missed the campaign but order via the pre order store, the Shiba Inu pin is NOT automatically included. The freebie incentive was specifically for folks who backed while the campaign was live. You can still purchase it as an add on in the shop!
Also concerning when cards will be charged for add ons and shipping, I think I'm going to do what I did for the last campaign and lock/charge cards every Friday. It seemed to work very well and there were very few (if any) card issues that way. I'll update the campaign page to reflect this change soon.

We're about two weeks out from surveys so BackerKit is ready, which is fine since I'll be traveling home this week and then have yet another convention next weekend. I'll also be sending out a special survey to the European backers who reached out.
Please make sure to fill out the survey ASAP when it's sent so I can get an accurate count on what needs to be ordered!
The pre order shop will be open for a little while for people who missed out on the campaign and will close when shipping is ready. New sets of pins usually take about 45 days to make, so if there are no significant delays shipping will likely happen in late January going into February.
And a couple more things! Here's a rough timeline on future pin projects I'm planning for 2025:
January: Animal Talismans (part of Pintopia 3)
Summer: New Zealand Birds Mini Pins
Fall: Cryptid Tea Sets
There might be smaller pin pre orders sprinkled in here and there, like a giant dragon pin.

I've never done a fan art pin campaign, but it's going very well! Progress has been quite steady and at the current pace we are still set to fund all stretch goals. Here's our current progress!

Those who have been around for a bit know this is my Shiba Inu, Mona! She was finally made into a teapot earlier this year but I wanted to made this pin as well because it's very her! She has this time every night where she gets suuuuuper hyper and plays super hard. We call it her violence hour! Don't worry, she doesn't actually play with a knife.
I'll be at Kumoricon this weekend in Portland, Oregon in the artist alley! My booth number changed (did a swap with another artist) so I'm at K5 in between Chrimson Chains/Kaizuart (Ink Junk) and Jaizure/Pokettoni (Alumeire). It'll be a very dangerous area to be in if you fancy pin collecting! I'll be doing a little sale/giveaway for people who come to the booth and show proof of their pledge to this campaign, so come say hi if you're there!
