Project Update: One last update!
Hi guys!
Wanted to do this quick update, I am currently out of town so bare in mind that my response rate might be a little slow due to vending at womdercon this weekend!
90% of snurses should have already arrived to everyone. There are 10% of you that got mixed in on this glitch we had where some address were not transferred over from backerkit so I have been keeping track of my emails to see who was affected. However, due to me sharing that all tracking got sent off , for whatever reason a HUGE amount of people didn’t receive tracking in their emails so I had a big influx of emails of people asking for their tracking. Because of this it has caused a delay with my response and I may have accidentally missed some emails. Now that 90% of snurses are accounted for and got delivered, if you emailed me and I did not respond to you please email me again. I hope my response can be quicker now that majority of everyone has already received their items.

Project Update: ALL TRACKING SENT OFFICIALLY <3
Hi guys!
Everyone should have already received tracking by now. Some of you received your tracking last night! Please double check your spam folders if you didn’t receive anything, feel free to email me at [email protected] , some people will show as “pre-transit” for the week if I can’t pack all the preorders before I leave for ECCC! Ill be out of the warehouse from Wednesday to Monday so just as a heads up! Im excited for everyone to finally officially have their items! I know this has been pretty lengthy process with the delays and everything but thank you guys for the patience once again!! I will be honest I don’t think i’ll do a backerkit again since using this platform was very confusing on my end so make sure to follow me at @mardelunaarts if you wanna hear about other projects!
Hopefully I can pack all preorders tomorrow so they can be shipped before I leave! Ill try my bestest!!

Project Update: COWBOY SNURSE UPDATE!!
Hi guys!
Hope everyone is enjoying their new snurse 2.0! Everyones snurses should have already shipped. If you did not receive it or didn't receive a tracking number in your email let me know but everything should have already been shipped off if you ordered the colored snurses and hair claws.
Now for the cowboy snurses... it was stuck in customs for SO LONG!! thankfully the nightmare is over and they just showed up without warning or else I would of told you guys if it was on its way but they just ended up being dropped off in front of my warehouse lol thank goodness no one stole anything! I must have gotten there not so long after they dropped it off. I am quality checking and organizing them! I will begin making shipping labels so if you have any last minute address changes now is the time to let me know ASAP! I believe you can also change the address of your pledge in the survey so try that first and if you can't do it then for sure send me a message!
Thank you guys again for the patience I cant believe this project took about a whole year to complete. Excited for yall to receive your cowboy snurse!!! c:

Project Update: SNURSES HAVE ARRIVED!
We have officially received all the packages for the 2.0 snurses! yippee! and guess what? My manufacturer wanted to give everyone a complimentary extra bag strap! So you will all be receiving an extra strap inside of your snurse when you receive it! For everyone who ordered a cowboy snurse, those have yet to be processed by customs , i’m hoping they can get cleared by next week. These were shipped maybe a week or two after the snurses 2.0 which is why the snurses arrived first! I will send an email once I get an update on them.
Now, when will I receive my snurse 2.0??
We are sorting through all the boxes to make sure everything is in good shape and beginning to organize everything to start shipping everything as early as next week! Please make sure your addresses are up to date!

Project Update: SHIPMENT ON ITS WAY!
Hi guys!
FINALLY! some great news! everything is done and ready to go! Both manufacturers finished the production and quality testing! They are now getting everything shipped over to me! They will be traveling via sea shipping so it will take about a month for them to arrive to the US. Just keep in mind the possibility of any shipping delays when they arrive to customs. US customs can sometimes be speedy with letting the shipments through but sometimes they do hold my shipments for a week or two for many reasons. Hopefully they are speedy with it! Guys... this has been a rollercoaster of emotions, I have been so stressed over these snurses. If I would of known the US would be like this this year I probably would have held off on doing this campaign. I super appreciate all the patience you guys had with me and my manufacturers!
