There are still a few backers who haven't completed their surveys yet. I need the remaining responses so I can finalise the item counts and confirm the quantities for production.

I will wait a maximum of one more week for the outstanding surveys to be completed. 

After that, I will lock the orders so no further changes can be made, allowing me to finalise the manufacturing quantities and begin production.

If you haven't completed your survey yet, please do so as soon as possible.

Hello my lovely backers,

Just a quick update to let you know that the Smoke Test Survey has now been sent to a small group of backers.

This is an important step that allows me to make sure everything is working correctly before sending the survey to everyone else. Once at least 50% of those backers have completed their surveys,  I will send the remaining surveys to all backers.

Thank you so much for your patience while I complete this final check. I can't wait for everyone to receive their survey so I can start the production.

Hello my lovely backers,

I hope you are all well.

I wanted to apologise for the delay in sending out the surveys.

This is my first time setting up a campaign on BackerKit, and I have found the survey setup more challenging than other pledge manager platforms I have used before. I am still learning how everything works, and I want to make sure all the pledge levels, add-ons, and shipping details are set up correctly before the surveys are sent.

I am currently in contact with the BackerKit team, and they are helping me set up the survey properly. Once everything has been checked and confirmed, the surveys will be sent out.

I know waiting can be frustrating, and I am really sorry for the delay. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I work through this.

I will keep you updated and let you know as soon as the surveys are live.

Hello everyone,

I’m very sorry for the delay.

There have been some changes to the international shipping forms and requirements, and I have been waiting to confirm exactly what information will be needed before sending the surveys. 

I want to make sure everything is set up correctly from the beginning and avoid asking anyone to complete information that may need to change shortly afterwards.
